5 Antonio Travelled with family July 2025 The cellars were far away and weren’t cellars — they were a shop where you could buy wine.

6.3 María Patricia Travelled with family April 2025 Cleanliness and location. Very close to metro stations and 12 minutes from the centre. The dining was wonderful. Porto is very beautiful.
There were several boys’ and teenagers’ football teams causing trouble around the rooms, banging on doors, smearing and throwing food in the corridors, shouting and being disrespectful; the hotel staff did nothing about it. The area around the hotel felt unsafe — we were robbed from our car when the rear window was smashed and personal items taken. The hotel called the police but did nothing else; they didn’t help us with translation or ask if we needed anything. Very bad experience.
