Lo que mas me ha gustado es la playa del Coto de Matalascañas playa virgen a la izquierda del hotel y el coto y paseos y tomar algo por el paseo marítimo y con su espectacular puesta de Sol de la zona y visita a la aldea del Rocio.
del hotel lo que mas me gustó nuevamente fué la terraza 360 por las noches y los espectáculos para adultos, el saxofonista en concreto fué el mejor en la planta de abajo y las actuaciones de la terraza arriba.
I stayed at this 4-star hotel two years ago, and of the three pools the hotel has, only one remains open; it’s far too small and wholly insufficient for such a large hotel with so many guests.
The food in general has declined a lot — both quality and variety have gotten much worse.
The bathroom was very worn: the bathtub was yellowed and everything in the bathroom was in poor condition — toilet, mirrors broken, all the corners etc. In the room we had to ask to have the bed changed; the mattress they used was a very old sprung one and it was impossible to sleep on, with the springs digging in. I think a 4-star hotel should not be using that type of mattress in poor, dirty, old condition that is very uncomfortable for guests because the springs poke through. I asked at reception on the first day and they changed the worst mattress, which I appreciated — the receptionist was quick and efficient. But I think they should seriously consider replacing the mattresses if they want to be a four-star hotel, especially as lower-rated hotels now use better-quality mattresses... and as for the food, it’s exactly the same — it has got worse over the past two years overall.
Estuve en este hotel de 4 estrellas hace dos años, y de las 3 piscinas que tiene el hotel, sigue teniendo solo una abierta y se queda muy pequeña y muy escasa para un hotel tan grande con tantas personas alojados en el.
Las comidas todas en general ha bajado mucho la calidad variedad y todo en general respecto a la comida ha ido a mucho peor.
Las habitaciones la bañera estaba muy deteriorada y amarilla y todo en el baño en general wc espejos rotos todas las esquinas etc etc, en la habitación tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran la cama el colchon, usan colchones muy antiguos de muelles y era imposible dormir en esa cama clavandote todos los muelles, pienso y creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas no deberian usar ese tipo de colchones en mal estado sucios y antiguos y muy incomodo para el huesped dormir donde se claven los muelles, lo pedí en recepcion el primer dia y nos cambiaron el de la cama que peor estaba lo cual fué de agradecer la rapidez y eficacia del recepcionista y en general. pero creo que deberian plantearse seriamenteel tema de los colchones para ser un hotel cuatro estrellas cuando ya otros hoteles inferiores usan mejor calidad en los colchones........y sobre la comida exactamente lo mismo ha ido a peor en cuestión de dos años en general.....
