I should say that when we complained the hotel apologised and that is appreciated, but it’s regrettable that we had to endure that because of that bitter woman.
Another complaint is that on some days when they collected four dirty towels they only replaced three, or they forgot to put more shower gel sachets. Those sachets are hardly enough; they could consider installing dispenser bottles.
