Mi sorpresa fue al llegar al hotel me comenta que no tiene piscinas ,solo la interior tipo spa y vale una hora 10$
Mi reclamo es que yo pagué la reserva por las piscina tendría que tener una bonificación ya que no las tenías
Tengo una niña de 4años que desde la habitación veía la piscinas del hotel de alado ,todos los días lloraba por ir .
Te puedo enviar las fotos de la reserva para que veáis que no se me a visa en ningún momento y las fotos desde la habitación de ve la piscina del otro hotel.
Por esto espero que busquéis una solución satisfactoria.
