About Caldea Classic Access

• This deal includes a 3-hour Classic ticket to Caldea Thermal Centre.
• Your visit to Caldea is scheduled for the day after your hotel check-in.
• Entry time to the thermal centre is at 1:00 pm.
• Please note that late arrivals will not be able to enjoy their Caldea Classic session, so make sure to arrive on time.
• To access the centre, simply present the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception desk.
• Please note that changes are not allowed under any circumstances.

Important! From 7 April to 2 July (inclusive), the Classic area will remain closed for maintenance.

Children’s Conditions

• For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed access to the centre.
• Children under 5 years old cannot access Caldea Classic, but they can enjoy the children’s spa. Admission is already included in the package.
• Outside the high season, the centre is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Children aged between 5 and 11 years old must present proof of age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult is required for every three children).

Important Information for Your Caldea Experience

• Anyone under 1.30m tall must wear arm floaties.
• For hygiene reasons, guests with external wounds or any bandaged or plaster-cast limbs will not be admitted.
• Sportswear and underwear are not permitted. Swimwear made from water-appropriate fabric is compulsory.
• Showering with soap and tying back long hair before entering the spa is mandatory.
• Please arrive on time and respect the entry slot you booked to access the centre.
• Please note that if Caldea reaches full capacity on a specific day, an alternative entry date during your stay will be offered. This is uncommon, but should it happen, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Please note that, due to maintenance work, the outdoor lagoon will have temporary special opening hours:

• Saturday, August 8: Open from 11:30h until the center closes.
• Sunday, August 9: open all day.
• August 10-15: Open from 19:00h until the center closes.
• Starting August 16: open from 11:00h to 13:00h and from 18:00h until the center closes.

Please note that from now on, this accommodation will only be available for weekend stays. It’s the perfect choice to switch off for a few days, enjoy a change of scenery and make the most of a Friday-to-Sunday getaway.

What to visit?

One of the most interesting spots is Escaldes-Engordany, closely linked to thermalism and wellness. It is also worth strolling through the center of Andorra la Vella, especially its old town and shopping areas, or approaching the Margineda Bridge, one of the most photogenic historical corners of the country. If you are looking for a special view, the Mirador Roc del Quer is a stop that always adds up.

What to do?

The idea of this variant is to enjoy without rushing. You can dedicate part of the day to a thermal circuit, book a massage, stroll through shopping streets or find a cozy cafe for a break between shopping. You can also take a short route by car through viewpoints and villages, without the need for long walks or overly demanding plans.

For a more special meal, Ibaya is a gastronomic reference in Soldeu and has been recognized by the Repsol Guide, as well as being associated with the most creative high mountain cuisine.

Nearby excursions

A very pleasant excursion is Ordino, perfect for a slow walk, take pictures and have a drink without rushing. You can also go to La Massana, which combines mountain atmosphere with good access to natural areas and is comfortable for a quiet afternoon.
