Nuestra primera experiencia haciendo una reserva a través de la aplicación y, sinceramente, esperábamos un poco más de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Al llegar hicimos el check-in y nos asignaron una habitación con dos camas individuales, a pesar de que en la reserva constaba que viajábamos con nuestro hijo de un año y medio. Solicitamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos indicaron que ese día no era posible, pero que quizá podrían cambiarnos al día siguiente. Entendemos perfectamente que pueda depender de la disponibilidad, pero la forma de comunicárnoslo podría haber sido mucho más amable. Incluso nos comentaron que las reservas realizadas a través de la aplicación tienen asignadas unas habitaciones concretas.
Otro detalle fue el balcón, donde encontramos un nido de avispas. Por suerte, vino el chico de mantenimiento ese mismo día y lo solucionó rápidamente, algo que agradecemos.
También nos llamó la atención el estado de la entrada y algunas zonas exteriores, con bastantes hojas y una sensación de poco mantenimiento.
El desayuno estaba bueno, pero esperábamos una oferta algo más variada. Y, en general, echamos en falta un trato más atento y cercano por parte del personal.
Lo que sí nos encantó fue la experiencia Slow Life. Es precisamente el concepto que buscábamos y nos gustaría repetirla, porque realmente disfrutamos de esa parte de la estancia. Sin embargo, probablemente la próxima vez probaremos otro establecimiento.
Para un hotel de 4 estrellas esperábamos un poco más de atención a estos pequeños detalles, tanto en el mantenimiento como, sobre todo, en la atención al cliente.

After 5 days in this idyllic hotel, which has a great location and setting, we’re leaving with a more bitter than sweet taste.
Our plan was to spend 5 days in the mountains, trekking in an area with well-marked routes. And that part was great.
But the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
The rooms are neglected, with creaky wooden floors that have never been sanded. Old furniture, and the sofa and armchairs have seen generations go by.
Non-existent wifi — it only reaches some rooms in block 3 and doesn’t reach the pool area at all.
The bathroom is outdated, and the bathtub is from the end of the last century, with no maintenance. The doors don’t close properly and one of the lights was faulty.
When we arrived, the dispensers for soap, shampoo and cream were empty. We asked at reception for them to be refilled, and thanks to this, our room was made up. Yes, in 5 days, our room was cleaned just once — no change of sheets or towels, and the room wasn’t cleaned...
The staff are practically non-existent. It felt like an abandoned hotel. Admittedly, there weren’t many guests, but that’s no excuse.
And the few staff there were showed no interest, friendliness, or even basic empathy.
When we arrived, our booking included a welcome drink. They didn’t mention it, and when we asked, they told us if we wanted anything, to order it at the bar. They made us keys for 4 days, so when we returned on the fifth day, we couldn’t get into the building or our room. Did they apologise? No.
The pool was dirty and poorly maintained at the bottom.
Breakfast was scarce, with little variety, and if you arrived after 10 (it closes at 10:30), forget about most things because nothing is restocked and there’s no one around to do it.
And finally, the worst part (THE FLIES). We called it Can Peramoscas. It was incredible. There were swarms everywhere. I imagine it’s because the hotel is surrounded by pig and cow farms. But if you have that problem, do something about it. The pool area was unbearable. I can’t imagine what the health inspectors would say if they saw flies buzzing around the cold cuts at breakfast (uncovered, we didn’t touch them), the fruit (we took from the bottom), the bread, and the meagre pastries (if you were late for breakfast, you were lucky if there was a sad croissant left). Didn’t it occur to them to cover the food, or at least hang a curtain on the always-open door? Unbelievable, and there’s just no interest in fixing things. I don’t understand the amazing reviews that made us choose this hotel, unless there’s been a recent change of management.
In short, it would be a great place if it were well run. We won’t be coming back.

Tras 5 días en este idílico hotel, por situación y entorno, nos volvemos con un sabor más agrio que dulce.
Nuestra idea eran 5 días en la montaña, en zona de trekking con rutas bien marcadas. Y eso ha sido genial.
Pero el resto deja mucho que desear.
Habitaciones descuidadas, con suelo de madera que cruje y que no ha sido acuchillado en la vida. Muebles viejos y el sofá y los sillones han vosto pasar generaciones.
Wifi inexistente,sólo llega a algunas habitaciones en el bloque 3, no llegando tampoco a la zona de piscina.
El baño antiguo y la bañera de finales del siglo pasado, sin mantenimiento. Las puertas cierran mal y fallaba una luz.
A nuestra llegada, los envases dejabón, champú y crema estaban vacíos. Pedimos que nos los repusieran en recepción y, gracias a eso, nos hicieron la habitación. Si, un día de los 5 que estuvimos, sin cambio de sábanas ni toallas ni limpiar la habitación...
Y es que el personal brilla por su ausencia. Parecía un hotel abandonado. Cierto es que éramos pocos clientes, pero no es excusa.
Y el poco que había con ningún interés, simpatía o, al menos, empatía.
Al llegar teníamos, con la reserva, una copa de bienvenida. No nos dijeron nada y, cuando preguntamos, nos dijeron que, si queríamos algo, lo pidiésemos en el bar. Nos hicieron las llaves para 4 días y, cuando volvimos el quinto, no teníamos acceso al edificio ni a la habitación. Se disculparon?. NO.la piscina sucia y con poco mantenimiento del fondo.
El desayuno escaso, poca variedad y, si llegabas más tarde de las 10 (cierra a las 10:30) olvidate de la mayoría de las cosas porque no reponen ni hay quien lo haga.
Y, finalmente, lo peor de todo (LAS MOSCAS). Lo llamamos Can Peramoscas. Era increible. Estaban por todos lados en nubes. Imagino que es porque el hotel está rodeado de granjas de cerdos y de vacas. Pero si tienes ese problema haz algo. En la piscina no se podía estar. No imagino que diría Sanidad al ver moscas, en el desayuno, revoloteando por el embutido (sin proteger, ni lo tocamos), por la fruta (cogimos la del fondo), por el pan y por la escasa bollería (si tardabas en desayunar tenías suerte que quedase un tristecroissant). No se les ocurre tapar los alimentos o, al menos, poner una cortina en la puerta siempre abierta?. Increible, y es que hay muy poco interés. No entiendo las reseñas espectaculares que nos hicieron decidirnos por este hotel, salvo un cambio reciente de directiva o de gestores.
En resumen, un gran sitio si estuviese bien administrado. No volveremos.

We do not recommend this hotel or the experience. It felt like most of the staff were new, and when we arrived there was an event, so we didn't get a proper welcome. The pool was very pretty but dirty, as were the sun loungers. Many of the outdoor areas were neglected… maybe they've changed management or owners, but the SLOW concept and four-star standard are far off. The food was nothing special apart from the ham croquettes… there weren’t many dishes and the menu was extremely limited. The indoor rooms were closed and it was only possible to eat, have breakfast or dinner outside.
No recomendamos este hotel ni la experiencia. Daba la sensación de que la mayoría de personal de atención era nuevo, justo a la llegada había un evento y no tuvimos un recibimiento oportuno. La piscina muy bonita pero sucia, también las hamacas. Muchos espacios exteriores descuidados…quizás han cambiado de dirección o propietarios pero el concepto SLOW y 4 estrellas queda lejos….La comida nada del otro mundo a excepción de las croquetas de jamón…no tenían muchos platos y la carta era súper escueta. Sala interiores cerradas y solo posibilidad de comer/desayunar/cenar en exterior.
