Lo que NO me ha gustado: - Mal olor de los baños que hay en la zona de recepción (incluida alguna cucaracha)... - Mala climatización en las zonas comunes, sobre todo en pasillos y parte del comedor. - Caos en el buffet, eso son "los juegos del hambre" .. poca variedad, momentos en que tienes que ir dando vueltas a ver que puedes coger porque casi todo está vacío o hacer colas en todas las comidas para la plancha ya que no hay muchas más opciones. - La persona que atiende a la plancha tiene que estar pendiente de las dos planchas con sus dos colas y además del horno, ya sea para pizzas (que se acaban solo sacarlas porque hay gente esperandolas) o para los panecillos que duran nada también.... - La piscina, uff, pequeña para unas 180 habitaciones, se supone que es para adultos y la mitad te cubre solo hasta la cintura, y sucia, asi como el baño y toda la zona de la piscina que no tiene mantenimiento alguno durante el dia y por la tarde da asquito, el agua turbia y los bordes de la piscina ... mejor no mirarlos ... -El bar interior solo abre a partir de las 19:00 hasta las 23:00 con lo que despues de comer no puedes tomarte un café y una copa dentro tranquilamente, solo en el porche de fuera con un calor agobiante en estas fechas. - El hotel está cerca de la playa si, pero bajas por una calle feísima y sucia que, por supuesto eso no es culpa del hotel... - En conclusión precio/calidad regular, hemos estado una semana pero por el mismo precio, mejor menos dias en otro sitio ...

La animación para los niños es muy buena. Nuestros hijos se hicieron fans de Alejandra y Camilo que siempre tenían actividades preparadas para ellos y hacían de todo con el poco material del que disponen. También hay actividades para adultos, como aquagym, bingo, dj....

This usually happened when guests from both sittings coincided and there was a rush of people clearing everything. At those times it was clear the kitchen was understaffed and the staff present did their utmost to look after us. As users of the service we should also be more responsible and only take what we will actually eat. It was sad to see whole plates of food having to be thrown away that guests had taken and hardly touched. We were on an All-Inclusive and everything was included... except bottled water. The local water is hard and, despite filtration, still tastes unpleasant and even affects digestion. We raised this with staff and were told a lot of bottled water was wasted. We therefore ask that a system with large dispensers or some way to avoid wasting water be found, and that the water served is of good quality. Some facilities have deteriorated from one year to the next and need a little more maintenance.
Sí que creo necesario mejorar algunas cosas: En ocasiones el buffet "colapsaba" momentáneamente y no hay comida. Normalmente pasaba cuando coincidían clientes de los dos turnos y había cierta saturación de usuarios que arrasaban con toda la comida. En estas ocasiones se nota que faltaba personal en cocina y los que habían lo daban todo para poder atendernos. Como usuarios del servicio también deberíamos ser más responsables y coger solo lo que se va a consumir. Era muy triste ver como se tenían que tirar platos enteros de comida que los clientes habían cogido y luego práctimamente ni tocaban. Nosotros estábamos en régimen de Todo Incluído y estaba todo incluído.... menos el agua embotellada. El agua de la zona es dura y por mucho que está filtrada lo sigue siendo y no tiene buen sabor, incluso afecta al las digestiones. Lo hablamos con el personal y la respuesta fue que se tiraba mucha agua embotellada. Por ello rogamos que se busque un sistema con garrafas grandes o alguna manera de evitar que se tire agua y que la que se sirva sea de calidad. Algunas instalaciones se han deteriorado de un año para otro y necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento.
