Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este Hotel. Lo cierto es que el personal es de lo mejor que hemos podido ver en un hotel.
La piscina dispone de bastante espacio para ubicar las tumbonas, y suele haber sombra si no es por la vegetación, gracias a las sombrillas que el propio socorrista abre para los clientes. Como digo, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, y con una sonrisa. Algo MUY a destacar, y que nos pareció siempre una maravilla. De hecho, volvimos en parte por el personal tan amable que hace de la estancia una buena experiencia. Ell@s y el hecho de que el buffet el año pasado estaba a un nivel superior, al que este año no ha ni aspirado.
It’s clear this hotel used to be very glamorous and luxurious, but it has been allowed to deteriorate and suffers from a lack of maintenance. The rooms are spacious and large, and the home automation makes it feel innovative — although it is not always well thought out. Lights are poorly positioned and some controls make no sense. For example, having to switch on the entire bathroom to use the toilet in the middle of the night is not very convenient. Many pieces of furniture are neglected — tables, chairs, and even in the bathroom there are silicone cords that could be replaced from time to time. The corridors are very warm. At times it feels like you step into a sauna when you leave your room. The corridor carpets must be full of dust mites. The two lifts, of which only one usually works (and I say usually because the same thing happened to us last time, a year ago), are small for a hotel of this kind, and having only one operating means you can wait ages to reach your room, especially at breakfast, lunch or dinner rush hour. The buffet was a disappointment this time: little variety and the food generally very dry. Nothing like last year.

Los dos ascensores, de los cuales solo suele funcionar uno, y digo suele, porque casualidades, la última vez nos pasó lo mismo (un año atrás), son pequeños para un hotel de esta índole, y el hecho de disponer de uno solo, hacer que tardes una eternidad en llegar a la habitación en especial a la salida/entrada del desayuno, la comida, o la cena, en "hora punta". El buffet, una decepción esta vez... poca variedad y la comida muy seca en general. Nada que ver con el año pasado.

I recommend that if you have Half Board you pay for drinks as you go, but avoid signing the slip they give you — once signed it’s charged to your room and you can end up spending more than you intend on drinks. We had an issue with payments: we paid directly at the buffet but it didn’t show as paid at reception. In the end it was resolved thanks to a buffet staff member.
Yo aconsejo si tienes media pensión, pagar las bebidas al momento pero sin firmar el papel que te dan ya que una vez firmado te lo asignan a tu habitación y con la tontería te acabas dejando un dinero en solo bebida. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con los pagos ya que pagamos directamente en el buffet pero luego en recepción no aparecía pagado, pero al final gracias a una trabajadora del buffet se pudo solucionar.
