There is no hot water in the mornings, and the dining room is understaffed. Breakfasts and dinners are meagre — two first courses and two main courses. The whole hotel’s breakfasts rely on a single coffee machine, the water dispenser is broken and the juices are watered down. Little variety. The women’s changing rooms in the spa have no hot water and there is only one WC that doesn’t work; generally poor maintenance. Bad value for money.
