The hotel was lovely and of a very high standard. The staff were excellent, the young lady who checked us in was very helpful and patient.

Lo mejor sus piscinas y la ubicación.
La comida pésima. Todo sabía igual, poca variedad. Las cosas estaban o crudas o muy pasadas. La calidad de los productos para ser un 5 estrellas, de pena.
Los postres horribles, una vez probé lo que se suponía que era arroz con leche y eso era incomible, aun no sé que era. Lo mejor eran los helados...pero te los tenías que preparar tú, estaban sin etiquetar los nombres, tenías que adivinar los sabores y era una guarrada.... todos cogían la cuchara y la metían en las tarrinas. Un 5 estrellas tiene a alguien preparándolos o tarrinas individuales precintadas.
Otra cosa que mejoraría es la habitación, con un plato de ducha en el medio de la habitación....incomodísimo y el inodoro achicado, con una puerta corredera que te daba claustrofóbia, sentarte en el. Una bañera innecesaria....se lució quien lo diseñó. Nuestra habitación era en la planta baja, y teníamos una terraza abierta con dos tumbonas y una mesa y dos sillas....pero, no estaba cerrada, no teníamos intimidad, no salimos al balcón, era como si estuvieras en una plazoleta y la gente de parloteo. Nosotros vamos a relajarnos y no aguantar a nadie, y tener privacidad y poder salir al balcón, no a un lugar común.
He estado en hoteles de menos estrellas que le dan mil vueltas en comida y habitaciones. Yo le daría 3 estrellas, como mucho. Lo único bueno son el tamaño de sus piscinas y la ubicación...aunque muy pocas hamacas en la piscina de adultos...quitaría las camas de pago y pondría tumbonas para que disfrute la gente.
Las actuaciones de coña.

Mejoraría el buffet ya que casi siempre se repetían los mismos platos. A mejorar la zona de paellas, quizás me falto que algún día pusieran fideuá. También mejoraría la calidad del café y pizzas.
