La atención recibida en el restaurante (comida y personal), se les llevó una tarta pues era mi 70 cumpleaños y se volcaron en servir la tarta y cantarme el feliz cumpleaños..y el esmero en la limpieza, para lo deteriorado que estaba el hotel es también destacable.
More serious, deeper maintenance is needed. We were a family of seven (five adults and two children) and for three of the four days we were without air conditioning... unheard of. For three days they kept laughing it off, saying they were working on it, and they only brought a fan to slightly ease the heat. A three-star hotel with no minibar, no coffee service from 4pm to 8pm, no children’s entertainment... frankly, a stay to forget with no compensation whatsoever. I would never return to that hotel.

Hotel de 3 estrellas sin minibar..sin cafetería de 4 a 8 de la tarde, sin animación infantil... vamos.. para olvidar dicha estancia y sin compensación alguna, jamás volvería a ese hotel.
