En general nos gustó todo y hemos tenido una hermosa estancia. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la pensión completa está muy bien también.
The receptionist we were dealt with was very sour and treated us rather poorly. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public, as it’s clear she doesn’t enjoy it. Unfortunately I don’t know her name. She is dark-haired, with long, wavy hair and had French-mified nails painted orange. I’m mentioning this detail to see if she is replaced at the front desk, because she is very rude, and so that there isn’t any confusion with the other receptionists who WERE indeed friendly.
La recepcionista que nos tocó era muy amarga y nos atendió bastante mal. No debería estar de cara al público porque se nota que no le gusta. Lamentablemente no se su nombre. Es morena, con pelo ondulado y largo y tenía las uñas pintadas a la francesa de color naranja. El detalle lo doy para ver si la cambian de atención al público porque es muy maleducada y para que no se confundan con los otros/as recepcionistas que SI eran amables.
