La ubicación del hotel
The room did not have air conditioning, nor soap for showering. When we booked we asked for a double bed and on arrival there were two single beds. But we complained and it was resolved after a while. Then the air conditioning didn’t work; I thought we needed to request a control. But the heat in the early hours increased and we went to complain and in the end the air was broken. And the only response we were given was that the hotel was full and they could not change our room. I asked for the complaints book and they did not give it to me. I had to go the next day to ask for it. Indeed I went to reception in the morning and when I asked for the complaints book the lady said that air conditioning is a fundamental service for any hotel and said it was not enabled for the season. She said that the other room where my friends stayed did have air conditioning functioning normally.
La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, ni jabón para ducharse. Cuando reservamos pedimos una cama matrimonial y al llegar eran 2 individuales . Pero reclamamos y nos resolvieron al rato. Luego el aire acondicionado no funcionaba pensé que había que pedir un control. Pero el calor en la madrugada aumentó y fuimos a reclamar y al final estaba dañado el aire . Y la única respuesta que nos dieron es que el hotel estaba lleno y no nos podían cambiar de habitación . Pedí el libro de reclamaciones y no me lo dieron . Que tenía que ir al día siguiente a pedirlo. Efectivamente fui en la mañana a recepción y al pedir el libro de reclamaciones la señora dijo que el aire acondicionado que es un servicio fundamental para cualquier hotel dijo que no estaba habilitado por la temporada . Que la otra habitación donde se quedaron mis amigos si tenía aire acondicionado funcionando normalmente.
