They advertise that they are experts in family entertainment for all ages and that from 13 June it indicated peak season, so there would be activities all day and for all ages. In reality there were only crafts from 16:00 to 18:00; with the kids around, there were neither evening shows, nor aqua aerobics, nor animated breakfasts or anything else they advertise, which I found disappointing.
I think it’s a hotel that is fine, with extraordinary human quality from its staff, but we were unlucky. It is on the beachfront but 2km from the entertainment area.

Te venden que disponen de un parque acuático con 6000m² (realmente son 2 piscinas con 4 toboganes en total y una piscina para niños pequeñitos, los 6000m² lo completan pistas de fútbol y tenis que son de pago) las hamacas son de alquiler (en ningún hotel he tenido que pagar por usar las hamacas en la piscina, lo cual me parece vergonzoso, puesto que ya estoy pagando por usar las instalaciones).
Los colchones muy blandos y para mis problemas de espalda pues bastante mal, te ofrecen elegir otra almohada pagando 5€/día extra.
Publicitan que son expertos en animación familiar para todas las edades y a partir del 13 de junio ponía que era temporada alta por lo que habría actividades todo el día y para todas las edades. Realmente solo había manualidades de 16-18h, como estaban los chavales no había ni espectáculos nocturnos, ni acuagym, ni desayunos animados ni nada de lo que ofertan, lo cual me pareció decepcionante.
Creo que es un hotel que está bien, con una calidad humana en sus empleados extraordinaria, pero tuvimos mala suerte. Está en primera línea de playa pero a 2km de la zona de ocio.
