Pues no hemos tenido buena experiencia. El primer día de las vacaciones no nos pudimos presentar por un imprevisto médico familiar, por lo que llegamos el segundo día, y para nuestra sorpresa la reserva la cancelaron por completo, y aún estando pagada, no se nos facilitó la habitación por estar el hotel completo, es decir que nuestra habitación se revendió estando cobrada a nosotros. Y sí, que nos realizaron en otro hotel de la cadena, en la misma localidad, pero de 4 estrellas, no siendo el mismo sólo para adultos, como era nuestra pretensión, y por lo tanto bajando nuestras expectativas de comodidad y culinarias.Aceptamos, no ya por considerarla vacacional la pernoctación, sino por no irnos ese mismo día de vuelta por el cansancio del viaje y los kilómetros realizados. Así pues, nos quedamos, y a la mañana siguiente, estábamos nuevamente desconcertados, al ser un hotel familiar, no sabeíamos si había sido peor todavía quedarnos entre la jungla de niños y todo tipo de actividades enfocadas para ellos, con el incordio de escándalo constante en comedor, zonas comunes y habitaciones colindantes. El resto de horarios, de 12 a 2 y de 4 a 7, hay patatas de bolsa, aceitunas, pizza fría (muy buena eso sí) y bollería.

Y por último, los trabajadores de recepción y restauración se les veía con muchas ganas de trabajar pero que eran sus primeros días. Tanto en saber tratar, falta de información, y demás...
