Caldea, a Thermal Oasis in the Heart of Nature
Discover Caldea, an outstanding thermal leisure centre surrounded by nature. Fed by the natural thermal waters of Escaldes, this unique wellness destination offers the perfect setting to unwind both body and mind.
Swim between indoor and outdoor lagoons, relax in jacuzzis and saunas, or boost circulation from head to toe in the Icelandic bath areas. Caldea also offers a wide range of treatments that you can book directly at the centre during your visit.
About Caldea Classic Access
- This deal includes a 3-hour Classic ticket to Caldea Thermal Centre.
- Your visit to Caldea is scheduled for the day after your hotel check-in.
- Entry time to the thermal centre is at 1:00 pm.
- Please note that late arrivals will not be able to enjoy their Caldea Classic session, so make sure to arrive on time.
- To access the centre, simply present the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception desk.
- Please note that changes are not allowed under any circumstances.
Important! From 7 April to 2 July (inclusive), the Classic area will remain closed for maintenance.
Children’s Conditions
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed access to the centre.
- Children under 5 years old cannot access Caldea Classic, but they can enjoy the children’s spa. Admission is already included in the package.
- Outside the high season, the centre is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Children aged between 5 and 11 years old must present proof of age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult is required for every three children).
Important Information for Your Caldea Experience
- Anyone under 1.30m tall must wear arm floaties.
- For hygiene reasons, guests with external wounds or any bandaged or plaster-cast limbs will not be admitted.
- Sportswear and underwear are not permitted. Swimwear made from water-appropriate fabric is compulsory.
- Showering with soap and tying back long hair before entering the spa is mandatory.
- Please arrive on time and respect the entry slot you booked to access the centre.
- Please note that if Caldea reaches full capacity on a specific day, an alternative entry date during your stay will be offered. This is uncommon, but should it happen, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Relax and unwind
Hotel with spa
- With this deal you have included a daily entrance to the spa and access to the fitness area of the hotel.
- The duration of the session is one hour and a half.
- The spa hours are as follows:
- Sunday to Thursday: from 09:45h to 13:30h and from 17:00h to 21:30h.
- Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends and holidays: from 9:45 am to 9:15 pm.
- Winter months, July and August: every day from 9:45 am to 9:15 pm.
- If you are travelling with children, please note that they can access the museum when accompanied by an adult.
- We recommend that you contact the hotel in advance to reserve your access, so you can be sure of your entrance!

- Are you all adults? The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
- Would you like to book for one person? The price for a single room is the same as for a double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single guests.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: 17 €/night and pet
- In the main areas of the hotel your pet will not be able to accompany you.
- Good to know: Your puppy will always have to go with you, since it cannot be left alone in the room
- Exceptionally, if you have contracted a meal plan at the hotel, your pet may stay in the room while you are in the dining room.
- Good to know: Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
