De entrada te reciben en frances ya que el 90%de los huespedes eran franceses da igual...pero estamos en Cataluña.
Habitacion.con terrazita pelos humanos por el suelo.colcha con manchas.almohadas tambien con mucha mancha amarillentas tapadas por las fundas colchon inposible descansar malisimo nunca fuimos de hotel y estaba tan horrorosamente sucia balcon y terraza telas de araña .elresumidero sobre unas dos sogas supuestamente para colgar ropa sucias tambien .bidet con perdida de agua dispensadores inactivos estractor de lavabo inutil
Nevera nueva pero no funcionaba y el colmo 32 grados el jueves 28 de mayo dejamos el aire encendido al minimo para bajar a cenar y tener fresca la habitacion .pues cuando volvimos no se podia estar dentro de la misma pues al salir se corta la electricidad.
Comedor otro temita 31 grados dentro sin aire acondicionado ni diquiera ventiladores mesa de postres caliente marcando 34 grados QUE ENVIO UN VIDEO SI SE AMPLIA SE VEal otro dia mire y lo habian desconectado .comida mal todo de bote poca variedad al otro dia disfrazan el sobrante .bueno bueno podria extenderme mad peeero vamos a la piscina tumbonas hundidas rltas algunas y sin ninguna sombrilla con 32 grados fuera piscina limpia pero se muy bien cuando no se clorea lo suficiente aparte de lo necesario para evitar que se orine dentro de la misma.un punto muy importante a tener en cuenta la rampa una vez que dejas el coche la rMpa hasta el hotel bien pero no he visto adaptacion para minusvalidos ya que por ejemplo

El baño tenia bañera, de la cual no tenía cortina por lo que cada vez que tocaba ducharnos se inundaba todo, lo comuniqué unas cinco veces en los 4 días que estuve, sigo esperando una solución. Tema comida HORRIBLE, poca variedad, fritanga y repetitivo comidas y cenas, toda la bebida era de maquina, uno de los dias no funcionaba la maquina y estaban poniendo bebidas de la marca LIDL, y la cobraban por el mismo precio, me parece vergonzoso. La falta de personal era clara ya que los que habían no podían con todo, ello mismo significaba el retraso en la reposicion de la comida, uno de los dias a la hora de la cena no habían postres. En la barra del bar solo un camarero y mas de la misma historia, los cocteles también de maquina a precios caros y malisimos, no nos lo bebimos. En fin, no recomiendo para nada este hotel.

Nos sorprendió después de leer reseñas lo exigente que son algunas personas.
