The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

El hotel esta muy acertado para los niños, la piscina, el miniclub y el tema de las comidas para niños esta enfocado a eso......a niños y bebes. Pero no por eso hay que descuidar a los padres que viajan con ellos.

The rooms are very small; in my case the shower and washbasin were separated from the toilet — the shower area had no door, while the toilet was in a two-square-metre cubicle with a door, which felt like being locked in a matchbox. There was only about 15-20 centimetres between the foot of the bed and the desk chair, just enough to squeeze past. The wardrobe had only a sliding door… if you closed one section the other remained open, a door was missing. It felt neglected. Regarding the buffet… there was very little variety at both lunch and dinner. Pizzas, burgers, salads, sausages and boiled pasta made up about 90% of the buffet for both meals. I missed a proper midday hot dish — only one hot dish was served in the evening. The rest of the meat and fish were nothing special. And on the subject of timings… dinner from 7 to 9 is clearly aimed at foreign guests who eat very early; personally I found having to finish by 9 too restrictive. My experience was not delightful. I would not return.
Hay que tener en cuenta que si el hotel se enfoca todo para los niños estos van acompañados de padres. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, en concreto la mia estaba separado lo que era ducha y lavabo por una parte, sin puerta, y por otra parte el inodoro en dos metros cuadrados con puerta, que daba la sensación de estar encerrado en una caja de cerillas. Por otra parte entre los pies de cama y la silla del escritorio habrían unos 15/20 centímetros, lo justisimo para poder pasar. En cuanto al armario solo tenia una puerta corredera......si cerrabas una parte la otra se quedaba abierta, faltaba una puerta. Daba la sensación de dejadez. Si tengo que decir cosas sobre el bufete..........muy poca variedad de comida tanto en la cena como en la comida. Pizzas, hamburguesas, ensaladas, salchichas y pasta cocida, cubrían el 90 % del bufete tanto en comida como en cenas. Eche de menos una comida de cuchara al mediodia, solo se servía por la noche un plato de caliente. El resto de carne y pescado, ni fu ni fa. Y por seguir con el tema horario.........la cena de 7 a 9.......pienso que esta muy enfocado a los extranjeros que cenan muy temprano, yo personalmente vi demasiado justo el cenar antes de las 9. Mi experiencia no fue de encanto. No repetiría.

4-star hotel (though the rating feels generous). It seems fine at first but is a long way from the beach. The rooms clearly need refurbishment: the hairdryer did not work, we reported it to reception and were told maintenance would note it, but after three days it still hadn’t been fixed. The shower controls were old and loose. Cleanliness in the rooms left a lot to be desired. The beds had two very small, thin pillows that were almost non-existent, and the mattresses were inconsistent — one was as hard as a rock while the other sagged under you.
The pools are small and the pool area even smaller; there are not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms.
By the way, the town itself is very dirty and shabby.
Hotel de 4 estrellas (aunque parezcan regaladas) aparentemente está bien aunque queda alejado de la playa, pero las habitaciones con claras necesidades de mejora de instalaciones, el secador no funcionaba y bajamos a recepción a decirlo y supuestamente se lo apuntaron a mantenimiento pero nos fuimos después de 3 días y no lo arreglaron, los mandos de la ducha estaban viejos y sueltos, la limpieza en las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, por no hablar de las camas con dos almohadas pequeñas y finas casi inexistentes y los colchones que uno era duro como una piedra y el otro te hundías porque era todo lo contrario…. Las piscinas pequeñas pero más pequeña era la zona de piscinas, insuficientes hamacas, se les queda corto para tantas habitaciones….
Porcierto el pueblo en sí muy sucio y guarro….
