The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

The room was horrible; they gave us one with views of an abandoned house occupied by squatters and beggars, and, worst of all, the balcony wouldn’t close. The girl at reception was unfriendly and didn’t solve anything — she didn’t seem to want to be working. The ROOM WAS DIRTY, full of hair: on the beds, on the floor, in the bathroom, it smelled awful. I had to borrow a broom that some of the girls had left in the corridor and sweep the whole room. I really don’t understand how people clean like that — everywhere I looked or touched it was dirty, dusty, stained with who knows what. I had to go around wiping everything I was going to touch with wipes. The food was good but all the waiters had long faces; honestly I’d never been somewhere where all the staff looked like zombies — they were just there, they didn’t look at or speak to each other. The cutlery was disgusting and dirty, and worst of all this was mid‑September — the hotel wasn’t even full. The pools had cups floating in them, they were dirty, children were eating ice cream in the pool and playing with their ice creams and nobody said anything. A complete disaster… NOT COMING BACK.
La habitación horrible, nos dieron uma donde las vistas era a una casa abandonada donde habían ocupas, mendigos y por encima de todo no cerraba el balcon. La chica de recepción antipàtica , no solucionaba nada, no parecía tener muchas ganas de estar trabajando. Habitación SUCIA llena de pelos, pelos en las camas, en el suelo , en el baño , olía fatal. Tuve que coger prestada una escoba que dejaron las chicas en el pasillo y barrer toda la habitación , la verdad nose como la gente limpia así, donde miraba donde tocaba estaba sucio, polvo , manchado de a saber que…. Tuve que ir con toallitas limpiando lo que iba a tocar. La comida buena pero los camareros TODOS con cara larga, la verdad nunca había estado en un sitio donde todo el personal parecían zombies , estaban por estar, no se miraban no se hablaban , los cubiertos asquerosos , sucios y lo peor es que fue a mitad de septiembre, ni siquiera estaba lleno el hotel.
Las piscinas llenas de vasos dentro , sucias , los niños comiendo helado dentro de la piscina , jugando con los helados , nadie decía nada. Un completo desastre … PARA NO VOLVER

Es un hotel para familias, con 3 piscinas, más jacuzzi, más sección de toboganes, el tamaño de la habitaciones y baño correcto, diseño moderno, pero se nota que tiene mucho uso, hay neverita y tele grande. El personal muy amable, el buffet de desayuno muy amplio y el de la cena también. Diría que estaba variado y de buen sabor. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagas, este hotel está súper para un par de noches, sobre todo si vas con niños.

El agua de la piscina de niños con los toboganes está muy fría. El público que estuvo durante nuestra estancia era inglés y sobre todo en régimen todo incluido y la verdad q había mucha basura (vasos, platos, cigarillos) por el suelo. Insisto que era por parte de los clientes incivilizados, había personal pasando con el recogedor en bastantes ocasiones.

I am a person with reduced mobility and I was told I could reserve a mobility scooter when I arrived with no problem, but when I got there it turned out they were all booked and the staff washed their hands of it. Desayunos de 8-10:30, comida 13-14:30hs y cenas de 19-21hs… horarios de nórdicos y para cuando intentabas acceder unas colas largas y si accedías pronto te veías en la urgencia de comer rápido para dejar la mesa dada las esperas, si accedías tarde, a las en punto apagan las luces y empiezas a retirar los alimentos, algunas cosas se agotan y no hay reposición. No hemos presenciado ni utilizado los servicios para niños por lo que no puedo decir. La piscina de niños con el agua congelada. Las habitaciones no son dignas de 4 estrellas, no son tan modernas, con suerte serían 3.
Pero teniendo en cuenta que para 3 días en septiembre fin de semana el precio que hemos pagado por la pensión completa y que la comida era rica, merece la pena calidad/precio, no se puede pedir mucho más. Hay opciones mejores por la zona, tal vez a un precio un pelín más elevado.
