Your holiday, step by step

Discover Ibiza your way: beaches, sunsets and Mediterranean vibes

Would you like to discover Ibiza, one of the most iconic and desired islands in the Mediterranean?

This deal is the perfect excuse to escape to a destination that combines spectacular beaches, charming villages and an atmosphere that captivates from the very first moment. Plus, you can choose to travel by ferry — a comfortable and relaxing way to reach the island while enjoying the sea from the start of your holiday — or organise your own transport if you prefer complete flexibility.

Ibiza is far more than its famous nightlife. The island surprises visitors with crystal-clear coves, Mediterranean landscapes and places full of history and charm. Wander through the cobbled streets of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, relax on beaches such as Cala Comte or Cala Bassa, or enjoy local markets and seaside terraces with unforgettable views.

It’s also the perfect destination for slow travel: discovering hidden coves, enjoying peaceful walks and watching sunsets that stay with you forever.

If you’re looking for a holiday that combines relaxation, spectacular scenery and authentic Mediterranean spirit, Ibiza is always a winning choice.

Choose how you want to travel to Ibiza

With this deal, you have two booking options to organise your trip to Ibiza. Choose the one that suits you best:

  • Option 1: book the deal with the selected board basis + accommodation.

This way, you can decide whether you prefer to include ferry transport in your booking or organise the journey on your own.

Below you will find all the details about travelling by ferry.

  • Please note that if you book this deal without the ferry, you will need to arrange your own transport to reach Ibiza.

Important information about the ferry crossing

  • The outbound journey is overnight, meaning you will board the ferry and spend the first night on board. You will arrive on the island the following morning.
    • Please note that hotel check-in will be available from midday onwards. Until then, you will not have access to your room or hotel facilities to rest, so we recommend taking this into account when planning your trip.

  • We recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
    • Together with your travel documents, you will receive all the details regarding the departure and arrival ports.
  • Meals are not included during the ferry crossing.

Information about the ferry company

  • The ferry crossing is usually operated by Trasmed.
  • However, for operational reasons, the route may also be operated by GNV, another company covering the same route.
  • The final ferry operator will be confirmed directly at the port on the day of departure.
  • This will not affect your booking or the contracted services. The ferry company may simply assign the vessel according to operational needs.

Optional extra services

  • During the booking process, you will have the option to add vehicle transport on the ferry for both the outbound and return journeys.

How does the board basis work?

  • If you book a meal plan, it will always begin at the accommodation. Please note that meals are not included on the ferry.
  • Depending on the board basis selected, your stay will begin with:
    • Bed & Breakfast: breakfast on the following morning.
    • Half Board: dinner on the first day.
    • Full Board: lunch on the first day.
    • All Inclusive: lunch on the first day.

Travelling in a cabin

  • All cabins are identical, featuring 2 bunk beds (maximum capacity of 4 people) and a private bathroom with shower.
  • Cabins are private, so you’ll only share them with the people included in your booking.

Cabin allocation

  • If your booking includes 4 people or fewer, you’ll be assigned one cabin.
    • If you’d prefer two cabins, you can contact us here and we’ll check availability.
  • For bookings of more than 4 people, multiple cabins will be assigned based on maximum capacity.

Key info you should have

More freedom, more comfort and no limits during your holiday.

Travelling to Ibiza with your car? Here’s what you need to know

Between 1 June and 30 September 2026, Ibiza has introduced a daily limit on the number of vehicles allowed to circulate and stay on the island: 17,668 vehicles per day.

How does it work and how could it affect your trip?

Your booking does not include vehicle boarding, but you can add it as an extra during the booking process. If you choose this option:

  • once your booking is confirmed, we will ask you for your vehicle details and send them directly to the ferry company.

  • the ferry company will request the vehicle authorisation. Depending on availability, they will confirm whether the Consell d’Eivissa has approved or denied the request. As soon as we receive an update, we will let you know.

  • this authorisation costs €1 per day, but don’t worry, the ferry company covers this fee, so you won’t need to pay anything.

  • electric vehicles and vehicles with ECO or ZERO emissions labels are subject to a specific regulation and are not affected in the same way by the general quota, provided they are correctly accredited.

  • if your vehicle authorisation is denied, you can choose whether to continue with your holiday or cancel your booking.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I know before booking whether my vehicle will be authorised? No. The ferry company can only request the authorisation once they receive the vehicle details, so it is not possible to know in advance whether it will be approved or denied.

  • Who requests the vehicle authorisation? The ferry company handles the process directly. After your booking, we will request the necessary information and forward it to them so they can manage the application.

  • Do I need to pay any fee for the authorisation? No. The €1 per day fee is fully covered by the ferry company.

  • What vehicle information will you ask for? After booking, we will request the necessary details to process the authorisation, including the licence plate number and other identifying vehicle information.

  • When will I know if my vehicle has been authorised? The ferry company will inform us once the Consell d’Eivissa has approved or denied the application. We will contact you as soon as we receive their response.

  • Can I still travel if my vehicle is not authorised? Yes, but without boarding your vehicle.

  • Do electric, ECO or ZERO vehicles also need authorisation? Yes, they must be correctly accredited, but they are subject to a specific regulation and are not affected in the same way by the general quota.

Curiosities About Es Canar: Much More Than Just a Beach

Es Canar is one of the most special corners of Santa Eulalia del Río. Discover a few details you may not know:

  • Cradle of the Hippy Spirit

Es Canar is home to the famous Punta Arabí Hippy Market, the oldest and largest on the island. Held every Wednesday since 1973, it’s the perfect place to find authentic handmade crafts and soak up Ibiza’s true bohemian essence.

  • An Environment to Explore

Just a short distance away lies Cala Nova, one of the island’s few beaches where, depending on the currents, you can even go surfing.

  • Connected by Sea

From the small port of Es Canar, daily boats (local ferries) depart directly to Ibiza town and even to the paradise island of Formentera. Enjoy a scenic coastal journey that becomes an experience in itself.

9.1 Maria Del Carmen Travelled with couple May 2026
