El hotel está en reforma con lo cual no estaba muy lleno ya que muchas habitaciones estaban vacías, aun asi para ser un 4 estrellas se queda corto de servicios. La animación para ser pleno julio bastante escueta y sencilla, aunque el animador de por las mañanas era muy malo. Las habitaciones (estábamos en las antiguas) de tamaño son suficientes pero tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado y tardaron casi 24 horas en solucionarlo y cambiarme de habitacion. La comida no está mal, no hay mucha variedad y en la cena repiten mucho pero bueno tampoco te quedas con hambre. Las instalaciones en general estan bien, la piscina de niños y la de adultos asi como la zona de spa (dicen piscina climatizada pero esta helada y los chorros algún dia que otro no funcionaban). La ubicación ya la sabíamos, a la playa no son 700 metros hay bastante andando de 10 minutos para arriba, lo mejor es tener coche y poder moverte por la isla.
