Nos encantaron tanto las instalaciones como la atención del personal del hotel, que fue excelente en todo momento. La habitación era perfecta para una familia: amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. Aunque la cama de nuestro hijo era un sofá cama, resultó ser bastante confortable. Además, disponer de dos baños en la habitación fue un gran plus.
Mientras disfrutábamos del spa, pudimos reservar una plaza para nuestro hijo en el club infantil, donde se lo pasó genial. El spa, con piscina y sauna, estaba muy bien organizado y limitado a grupos reducidos (máximo 6 personas), lo que lo hacía aún más agradable y tranquilo.
También quedamos muy satisfechos con el restaurante. Optamos por la media pensión y el menú de la cena ofrecía varias opciones a elegir, todas deliciosas. Las bebidas eran a parte.
Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.
Por poner un "pero", no está ubicado en el mismo centro comercial de Andorra. Aún así, está a 10 minutos en coche y el parquing es gratuito. Cerca de las pistas de esquí. Nos ha encantado.
