Fui a este hotel sabiendo que es un 3 estrellas, así que no iba con las expectativas muy altas y, la verdad, creo que cumplió bastante bien.
La habitación estaba limpia, camas cómodas, el baño y la ducha en buen estado y las sábanas y toallas las cambiaban a diario, cosa que se agradece.
Fuimos en un puente de 4 días y 3 noches y el hotel estaba lleno, así que hacer algo de cola en el restaurante del todo incluido era totalmente normal para esas fechas.
La comida y la bebida estaban bien para un 3 estrellas: sin lujos, pero correctas y acordes al precio que pagas.
Las actividades y animación estuvieron bien y ayudaron a que la estancia fuera más amena.
Lo mejor, para mí, fue el personal: muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta.
En resumen, me parece un 3 estrellas honesto, con buena relación calidad‑precio.
Por el precio y por la cercanía, repetiría en otro puente, siempre que uno vaya con la expectativa ajustada a lo que es un hotel de esta categoría.
Si tengo que mencionar aspectos mejorables, para mí el principal sería la variedad del buffet.
Tanto en la comida como en la cena la sensación era que muchos platos se repetían y que a veces lo de mediodía aparecía por la noche simplemente con algún ingrediente añadido.
Entiendo que es un 3 estrellas y que no se puede pedir un buffet enorme, pero personalmente al segundo día ya estaba un poco cansado de ver casi lo mismo y acabé eligiendo sólo comer o sólo cenar porque no veía tanta variedad.
Otro punto mejorable son las colas en la zona de comida y bebida.
En varios momentos se notaba que había poco personal para la cantidad de gente alojada, muchas veces había sólo una persona atendiendo tanto en el bar como en el servicio de bebidas del restaurante, y eso generaba esperas más largas.
Como ejemplo de personal claramente sobrecargado, la misma chica de animación que estaba horas bajo el sol en la piscina durante el día, animando juegos y actividades, era la que pocas horas después volvía a estar en el salón por la noche con bailes, música y juegos para niños y adultos, todos los días.
A pesar de ese ritmo tan exigente, se la veía siempre con buena actitud, intentando que todo el mundo lo pasara bien.
Quiero destacar que, en general, a pesar de estar claramente sobrecargados y de aguantar malas formas o falta de respeto por parte de algunos clientes, la mayoría de los empleados seguían atendiendo con una sonrisa y buena cara.
Precisamente por eso, creo que reforzar el equipo en horas punta (tanto en bar/restaurante como en animación) les ayudaría mucho a mantener el buen servicio que dan y reduciría tanto las colas como el estrés del personal.
