El hotel esta muy bien, cuidan el detalle, el desayuno es correcto y el parking es en el mismo edificio, se pueden subir la maletas directamente y es puntazo , el general muy bien.
La ubicación, para visitar el centro o terra natura tienes que coger el coche. Para nosotros no pasa nada pero según lo q buscas .

Una oferta muy digamos imprecisa. En primer lugar el hotel esta muy justo en servicios y comodidades para ser de 4 estrellas. En segundo lugar el parque acuatico no es un parque acuatico como tal. Es una piscina para niños con 4 toboganes un poco mas atrevidos, si no vas con niños mejor abstenerse. Y lo peor y que roza casi el fraude es la cercania del hotel con la playa. La mas cercana esta a 45km, casi na. Por otra parte el hotel esta cerca de nada. Ni del centro de Murcia

El hotel era genial, los trabajadores muy simpatica y profesionales y nuestro estancia era muy muy bien..volvere! hay parking para clientes, wifi en los habitaciones, todo muy limpio y en buena condiciones..recomendado si quieres visitar murcia.
un poco decepcionada con aquanatura en particular, no tenia suficiente espacio para clientes..ni flotadores para los toboganes y hemos pasado un dia sin poder utillizar los servicios ( dos toboganes hace falta flotadores..y el parque no tenia suficientes..encima hay que pagar para alquiler). Tambien hay cierto riesgos de seguridad en el parque y visto muchas accidentes durante los dos dias..niños y adultos caendo en el suelo de cemento, que es una peligro para todos. hemos estado en otro parques aquaticos y no voy a volver a aquanatura jamas. Pero el hotel era genial.
