Es del todo inaceptable que en un hotel al lado de pistas estando a -1° el hotel no enciende la calefacción de la habitación hasta que llegues, yo tengo pagada la habitación desde que puedo entrar y nos encontramos que a las 17h. Era del todo insoportable el frío que hacía febrero de la habitación, era imposible de calentar para colmo nos dicen que a las 23 h. Se apaga y se enciende a las 7 de la mañana. Hasta nos tuvimos que ir un rato al coche para entrar en calor. VERGONZOSO.

Reservamos un fin de semana y solo pudimos dormir una noche. Al día siguiente tuvimos una emergencia médica por la mañana (ambulancia incluida) y tuvimos que dejar el hotel para bajar a España.
Al hacer el checkout no tuvieron ningún reparo en cobrarnos las aguas de la cena de la noche anterior y la tasa turística. Vergonzoso sabiendo que que nos íbamos un día antes y teniendo media pensión contratada. La calidad humana deja mucho que desear.
