El personal es de lo mejor que hay, muy agradables, hicieron de nuestra estancia una maravilla. Es un hotel completo tiene de todo. Me encantó la zona infantil q está en medio de todo y así puedes observar a tus hijos desde cualquier estancia (bar, tumbonas, restaurante...) la playa está ahí mismo y es amplia.
En la zona spa y balneario deberían poner algún cartel que indique que se tiene que bajar la voz. Al final uno va relajarse y escuchar gente gritando (xq obviamente hay mucho ruido de fondo) no es agradable. Para 30 min que se está, no estaría mal que las personas no hablarán. Y también que por ejemplo nosotros no nos metimos en el jacuzzi. Porque el grupo que entró con nosotros solo se metió ahí y no salió en la media hora. Al ser personas mayores un poco de vigilancia no estaría mal....
El buffet es muy básico una carne un pescado, más variedad de ensaladas (3) que de otra cosa. Me pareció como el menú del colegio.

Debería haber una mejor organización… Mayor agilidad en checking. En la piscina cubierta Brisa marina aforo completo con mucho tiempo de espera, con frío y corriente, cuando consigues acceder, muchos niños que hacen imposible relajarte. El circuito de spa y termas bien, pero las duchas no funcionaban, las personas salían de ambas saunas, y sin pasar por el hielo o darse una ducha, se metían en las piscinas. La limpieza de la habitación es muy mejorable, el día de la llegada habían dos horquillas en el suelo del baño, dos envoltorios de de caramelos, debajo de las sillas de la habitación, y debajo de la cama mogollón de pelusas y algún que otro papel. Al día siguiente estiraron las sábanas, el aseo aparentaba limpio, pero las horquillas, los envoltorios, papeles y pelusas seguían allí.

Solo comentar que al terminar de cenar nos dirigimos al bar y el todo incluido ya había terminado ni café, ni nada a las 20:00 termina el 'todo incluido' la comida no es para un hotel de 4 🌟 solo en sábado y domingo muy repetido no me imagino una semana hospedados en el hotel entremares .el desayuno era hasta las 10 am y antes de las 9 empezaba a escasear a las 9 y media cuando salimos no quedaba apenas nada ,como será en temporada alta? El spa cita para el último día de 10 a 11 am y corre por que tienes que dejar la habitación a las 12 a más tardar ,si tienes tu destino lejos tendrás k dejar la opción de disfrutar del spa, en este caso tenía otro destino cerca menos mal .en verano dicen que es un caos .Este chollo fue agri dulce.
