El personal es muy amable
Al llegar y preguntar por la piscina cubierta climatizada que fue el motivo principal por el que elegimos este hotel nos informan que no funciona . Que la estan arreglando. Sin aviso previo y sin dar ningun tipo de compenasacion. El buffet esta bien pero es una marea humana , para encontrar mesa libre tardas lo suyo. Cola importante para la carne a la plancha o los huevos del desayuno. Lo que es lamentable es que no se haga ningun control sobre la cantidad de comida que la gente deja sin tocar en los platos y que no se haga ningun control sobre el desperdicio que hay en cada mesa es bochornoso de ver. La bañera no tenia tapon entiendo que para ahorrar que la gente haga bañeras pero con niños pequeños no es lo adecuado.
