El entorno, la habitación con cama confortable y el desayuno excelente.
El spa estaba lleno de niños con un griterío que no controló el personal.
Sin agua caliente en la habitación por la tarde dijeron que era porque todos queríamos ducharnos a la vez y que el señor de mantenimiento comprobó que no había problemas pero a las 12 de la noche estaba igual. Al día siguiente seguía sin haber agua caliente y el director dijo que hubo un problema que se solucionó a la 1 de la madrugada, pero a las 8 de la mañana seguía sin haber agua caliente.
No nos dieron la habitación preferene contratada.
La tarjeta de la habitación no funcionaba, nos dieron llave y dijeron que a lo largo de la tarde nos darían otra tarjeta. No fue así, sino que la tarjeta que no funcionaba la pusimos para tener luz y al 2º día nos habían dejado sin tarjeta y sin luz, seguimos con llave para entrar.
Caro el alquiler del albornoz cuando hace unos meses los prestaban junto a la toalla para el spa.
Como compensación el director ofreció un masaje a elegir a cargo del hotel, pero ha bajado mucho respecto a diciembre pasado que estuvimos por primera vez.

Me han encantado las vistas, la decoración, la gente que es encantadora y se come fenomenal. Básicamente me ha gustado prácticamente todo. Si fuese más accesible sería perfecto. A pesar de las cosillas malas, la valoración es sin duda muy positiva, he viajado mucho y en pocos hoteles me he sentido tan a gusto.
Los cristales de la habitación estaban un poco sucios y había una pequeña chapuza en el techo del baño con cinta americana. Llegar es complicadillo y el Spa es un poco birria.
