Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite negative. The facilities are visibly aged and in urgent need of renovation. The outdoor areas, which should be attractive, are neglected and lack maintenance, giving an overall impression of abandonment.
The food was one of the most disappointing aspects: very basic, low quality, and repetitive. Clearly not intended to minimally satisfy the guest. The "all-inclusive" drink service was particularly bad: very low-quality products that do not invite a repeat visit.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to those seeking a pleasant stay, as it currently does not meet the minimum standards expected of a 3/4-star tourist accommodation.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante negativa. Las instalaciones están visiblemente envejecidas y necesitan una renovación urgente. Las zonas exteriores, que deberían ser un atractivo, se encuentran descuidadas y con falta de mantenimiento, lo cual da una impresión general de abandono.
La comida fue uno de los puntos más decepcionantes: muy básica, de baja calidad y repetitiva. Claramente no está pensada para satisfacer mínimamente al huésped. El servicio de bebidas del “todo incluido” fue especialmente malo: productos de bajísima calidad que no invitan a repetir.
En general, no recomendaría este hotel a quienes busquen una estancia placentera, ya que actualmente no cumple con los estándares mínimos que se esperan de un alojamiento turístico de 3/4 estrellas.
