La atención de todo el personal que gestiona el hotel es increíblemente buena. Las camas, un 10, grandes, confortables y con dos almohadas para diferentes gustos, también disponen de mantas en el armario por si se quiere, aunque la temperatura en la habitación es estupenda. Nosotros hemos estado un fin de semana de bastante frío y lluvia en Santander y no hemos pasado nada de frío en la habitación. El descanso está asegurado. El desayuno, tipo bufet, está muy bien.
Limpiar más a fondo el suelo de la habitación.
