La ubicación y el buen trato del personal han sido lo mejor.
The summary is that, in my opinion, the hotel does not have the range to be a 4-star superior. I have been fine, but I understand that this star level implies a series of "luxuries" that I have not found. On the contrary, I have detected deficiencies that, in my opinion, should not occur in a 4-star superior hotel. For example:
- No type of detail/gift in the bathroom (soaps, tissues, toothbrush...). Hotels with a lower range do have them.
- Having to look for car park on the street because the car park lot is "full" (during the weekdays at the end of October... far from high season).
- The quality of drinks at breakfast is very poor. The orange juice was literally water with coloring.
- The gym is very poor. It is a tiny space with old machines (and some were not working).
- The spa area is also very disappointing. It is limited to a small jacuzzi and an even smaller sauna with a capacity for 3 people. Additionally, you have to pay an extra 5 euros to access this area.
- The cleaning service only comes once around 10:00 in the morning and does not return. I left the room around 10:30 with the sign to clean it and no one came.
- The check-out is at 10:00 in the morning, too early in my opinion. Furthermore, when I returned from breakfast around 9:30, my key to access the room had already been deactivated and I had to go to reception to get it fixed...
I reiterate, I have not had a bad experience. But I never felt like it was a 4-star superior hotel. Too many deficiencies and improvements for this range.
El resumen es que, en mi opinión, el hotel no tiene la categoría para ser un 4 estrellas superior. He estado bien, pero entiendo que este nivel de estrellas implica una serie de "lujos" que no he encontrado. Todo lo contrario, he detectado deficiencias que, a mi entender, no deberían darse en un hotel de 4 estrellas superior. A modo de ejemplo:
-. Ningún tipo de detalle/obsequio en el baño (jabones, pañuelos, cepillo de dientes...). En hoteles con menos categoría sí los tienen.
-. Que tenga que buscar aparcamiento en la calle porque el párking "está completo" (entre semana de finales de octubre... para nada temporada alta).
-. La calidad de las bebidas en el desayuno es muy mala. El zumo de naranja era, literalmente, agua con colorante.
-. El gimnasio es muy deficiente. Es un espacio minúsculo y con máquinas antiguas (y algunas no funcionaban).
-. La zona de Spa también muy decepcionante. Se limita a un jacuzzi pequño y a una sauna todvía más minúscula con una capacidad para 3 personas. Además, hay que pagar 5 euros a parte para acceder a esta zona.
-. Que el servicio de limpieza pase una única vez sobre las 10:00h de la mañana y no vuelva a pasar. Dejé la habitación sobre las 10:30h con el cartel de que la arreglen y no pasó nadie.
-. Que el check out sea a las 10:00h de la mañana, demasiado temprano, a mi entender. Además, cuando colví del desayuno, sobre las 9:30h, ya me habían desactivado la llave para acceder a la habitación y me ví obligado a ir a recepción para poder que lo arreglaran...
Insisto, no he estado mal. Pero para nada he sentido que se trataba de un hotel de 4 estrellas superior. Demasiadas deficiencias y mejoras como para tener esta categoría.

Lo mejor sin duda poder disfrutar del pequeño spa , buenas vistas desde la zona de la piscina, el personal muy amable, y la ubicación inmejorable sobretodo si quieres ir a la playa y pasear, muy cerca del tren para poder visitar lugares sin necesidad de coger coche.
