La ubicación es buena. La cama era bastante cómoda y la habitación era amplia, perfecta para una familia de cuatro como nosotros.

El bufet es el peor que he encontrado en un hotel. Solo comimos allí una vez porque tanto la comida como la cena eran prácticamente incomibles. Habíamos elegido pensión completa, pero realmente no merece la pena. El desayuno está bien, pero las comidas y cenas dejan mucho que desear: todo muy soso y sin sabor.
La limpieza también es bastante deficiente y se nota que es un hotel antiguo. En el mapa aparece que el hotel tiene piscina cubierta, pero está cerrada, al igual que parte del hotel. La zona exterior de la piscina tampoco es tan bonita como se ve en las fotos y parece bastante descuidada.
Los niños se llevaron una gran decepción, ya que no había ninguna actividad para ellos. Ya habíamos estado en otro hotel de la cadena ALEGRIA y allí lo pasaron genial, pero en este no había actividades ni ambiente. Parecía más una residencia de mayores que un hotel familiar.

Lo mejor la comodidad de las camas y almohadas
El hotel cerraba ese fin de semana y nos avisaron justo a la llegada. Nos hubiera gustado un preaviso al menos, ya que el horario de comida lo acortaron y la estancia en el hotel como máximo hasta el Domingo a las 15h por lo que no pudimos aprovechar las instalaciones ese día. La comida con muy poca variedad, y demasiada gente. Faltaban hasta platos que posteriormente reponían...la organización bastante mejorable. He estado en otros hoteles de la cadena y nada que ver, no sé si porque se acercaba el cierre de temporada o cuál era el motivo .

El hotel no corresponde a un hotel de categoría 4 estrellas. Es antiguo a más no poder, deteriorado en todos los sentidos, desde las estancias comunes a las habitaciones y baños (paredes y puertas desconchadas, baldosas levantadas, grifos rotos...). En nuestro baño el grifo de la ducha no funcionaba, en el baño de mis hijas no había mampara y al ducharse se pone todo perdido de agua.
El buffet es horrible. Estoy acostumbrada a viajar y nunca estuve en un buttef tan escaso y malo. Prácticamente te ponen la misma comida por la noche que a medio día. La comida sin etiquetar, no sabes lo que es (lo que parecia una lasaña, al final era solo un puré de patatas con gratinado por encima, y lo que parecían nuggets de pollo resultó ser alcachofa rebozada). Todo esto hace que al final te lo dejes todo en el plato, por no poner un simple cartel de lo que es en el mostrador donde lo coges.
El personal no es nada agradable, cuando le pides algo, contesta a desgana. Hastq la fruta estaba cortada a desgana!!! (Adjunto foto de la rodaja de sandía que comí).
Preguntamos en el desayuno a la mujer que estaba en plancha si iba a ha er mas tortitas y nos respondió que NO, que estaba haciendo solo huevos, así que cogimos otras cosas del buffet y nos sentamos. Al momento de sentarnos, vimos cómo empezó a hacer tortitas. Increíble el trato. Creo que no le hubiese costado nada decirnos que haría las tortitas en unos minutos si esperábamos un poco, sobre todo porque las tortitas era para las niñas. En fin... bastante mal todo, cantidad, calidad y trato de cero.

Hotel bien ubicado para ir andando a la playa en un paseito, edificio alto con buenas vistas y una piscina grande con zona de niños y Tobogán. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, triple con 2 camas de 1,35cm y otra cama supletoria, muy cómodas y el baño también es amplio. Buena animación los días que estuvimos y el servicio de recepción muy majos, alex nos dio bastantes recomendaciones para ver y visitar.
El servicio de comedor fue catastrófico, la comida se acababa y no reponían a tiempo, lo que hacía que la gente estuviera esperando por las bandejas que en cuanto llegaban se acababan de nuevo. Muy mala planificación para reponer las comidas y postres que no eran muy buenos tampoco. La plancha se abarrotaba también y básicamente hacían pollo a la plancha y algún pescado. Además en el comedor, entre varios camareros jóvenes había muy mal rollo y ni recogían ni te atendían, y aunque aún era el servicio de comidas, se ponían a comer, muy poco profesionales, por lo que no volvería a coger pensión completa en este hotel sino mejoran mucho este aspecto.
