About the Water Park
- The park is scheduled to open from May 30 to September 13, 2026. Please note that opening dates may change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Enjoy a spacious landscaped area with a children’s playground and several Water Slides reaching up to 9 metres high.
- The minimum height required to use the Water Slides is 1.10 metres.
- Opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting — which is usually the case in summer. If the park is closed, no refund will be possible.
- The final opening day is September 13, 2026. Stays after this date do not include access, as the park will be closed.

Reservamos este hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo, pensando en disfrutar de las instalaciones anunciadas. Lamentablemente, varios aspectos nos decepcionaron. Los toboganes estaban cerrados sin que se mencionara en el momento de la reserva, lo cual fue una gran desilusión para los niños. La comida es aceptable, pero lejos del nivel esperado para un hotel de 4 estrellas: bastante repetitiva y sin mucha variedad. La piscina interior se parece más a la de una piscina municipal que a un espacio de relax de un hotel, sin encanto especial. En general, esperábamos una experiencia de mayor calidad para este nivel.

Hemos disfrutado mucho el parque acuático del hotel, así como las actividades organizadas por el personal de animación. El buffet es muy correcto, aunque la variedad no es enorme, en general la comida es bastante buena. El personal en general ha sido muy amable, tanto en recepción como el personal de limpieza y el comedor. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza enorme al estar en el último piso.

Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de gente que va a Lloret para salir de fiesta, el hotel está en una ubicación muy buena...bastante alejado de todo ese jaleo pero a su vez cerca de playa, tiendas, supermercados....
Hotel familiar. Los toboganes geniales. Mencionar también los trabajadores de ambos hoteles, atentos, agradables, cercanos; siempre con una sonrisa.
Something that would change or improve would be the buffet; the food is not bad but we would have liked more variety. And extend a little more the breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Everything is very focused on people from outside.

Lo mejor la piscina con los toboganes que no había que hacer mucha fila.
The buffet and pool schedules are completely geared towards foreigners. It's great that they extend the hours for guests from outside Spain, but without forgetting that we are in Spain with our own culture. Breakfast used to be from 8am to 10am, lunch from 12:45pm to 2:30pm, and dinner from 7:45pm to 9:30pm, which was very restrictive for a Spanish person on holiday. The water Water Slides closed at 6pm and the pool at 7pm, forcing you to leave the facilities.
Los horarios del buffet y de la piscina totalmente orientado a extranjeros. Es genial que se amplíen los horarios para los huéspedes de fuera de España pero sin olvidar que estamos en España con la cultura que tenemos, que el desayuno era de 8h a 10h, la comida de 12h45 a 14h30 y la cena de 19h45 a 21h30 para un español y estando de vacaciones te cortaba mucho los planes. Los toboganes cerraban a las 18h y la piscina a las 19h obligándote a irte de las instalaciones.
