To get the best value from this rate, we recommend: 3 people, triple rooms, 2 adults + 1 child aged 2 to 12. 4 people, quadruple rooms, 2 adults + 2 children aged 2 to 12.

Important

A 5th guest cannot be accommodated in the room, whether adult, child or baby. The available places are exactly those indicated.

With this special surprise hotel deal, you’ll stay inside the PortAventura World resort, surrounded by rides, shows and all the energy of the park. Wake up just steps away from the attractions and start your day right in the heart of the action.

Surprise hotel

• With this deal you’ll stay in a 4★ hotel inside the park. You cannot choose the hotel, as it is assigned by the park itself… but they’re all fantastic.

• Your hotel will be confirmed the afternoon before the start of your stay.
  You will receive the confirmation voucher by email with the name of your hotel. Then all that’s left is to pack your bags and enjoy.

How the park tickets work

How do you get your tickets? Very easy.

• Once you complete the online check-in, the hotel staff will give you a card.
  This card will be your room key and your park ticket.

• In your confirmation voucher you will find a link to complete the online check-in.
  You can also do it at the self check-in machines available at the hotel reception.

When can I access the park?

• You can start enjoying the park first thing in the morning.
  With your card you can enter the park even if your room is not yet assigned (rooms are assigned from 15:00).

  • Exception: dates when the park is closed during the week.
    You can check the opening calendar here

• On the day of departure you must leave the room before 11:00.
  However, you can still go to the park and enjoy it for the rest of the day within its opening hours.

How do the parks work?

• PortAventura Park: unlimited access

  • You can access the park from the morning of the first day of your trip until the afternoon of the last day of your stay.

• Ferrari Land: 1 access per person

  • You can choose one day of your stay to visit this park.

  • Please note that it is not open every day, so remember to check the opening calendar before planning your visit.

  • If the Ferrari Land access is not used or if the park is closed, no refund will be possible.
