A pesar del mal tiempo, disfrutamos dl entorno de Tossa de Mar, bonita. En el hotel buenos salones comunes para descanso, un bar muy completo y sobe todo la ANIMACION, que estuvo super bien.

El hotel está el una ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos o menos de la playa. Yo he ido ya 4 veces aprovechando ofertas y siempre ha sido un muy buen servicio. El personal es muy atento, tuve frío porque me puse enferma, pedí mantas y me subieron 2 por si acaso. No tengo ninguna queja. Limpio todo, cómoda variada y bastante buena, atención perfecta, el hotel muy bonito...

Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Camas individuales, habitación con 2 camas individuales y una tercera cama a modo de sofá. Nevera de la habitación no enfría. Los colchones excesivamente duros, a veces me daba la impresión que se me clavaba algo. Habitación 153, con ruidos constantes y golpes al estar encima del Chikipark… debería estar mejor insonorizado el Chikipark para no afectar el decanso en las habitaciones.

El hotel DON JUAN TOSSA, excelente en su reforma desde la última estancia. La visita a Tossa siempre es enriquecedora. Hicimos un trazado por el Cami de Ronda hasta Cala Bona. Trazado algo exigente, pero hacerlo representa conocer un poco nuestra reciente historia.
Como he dicho anteriormente, la nueva imagen y mejora, no me da opción a dar más consejos. Excelente para mi, considerando que no todos serán del mismo parecer.

El Hotel está siendo renovado, dispone de una amplia entrada que incluye recepción y sala de estar. Lad habitaciones renovadas y buen nivel de limpieza. Balcón y buen armario. La comida es de buena calidad y variada. A mencionar que ofrecen calçotada en el pack. En cuánto a las carnes y pescados, calidad y variedad. Fideuas, arroces....bien cocinados. El personal muy profesional tanto el encargado en limpieza como en comedor. El general ha sido una estancia agradable y la ubicación a 2 ' a pie de la playa y a 5' del castillo.
La sala con mesas y sillas para el espectáculo es muy reducida para el aforo de clientes que recibe el hotel. A nivel de animación diurna y nocturna se podría mejorar.
