Prefer to travel your own way or have everything sorted in one go, it’s up to you. If you choose the ferry option, you’ll find all the details below.
- Please note: if you book this deal without the ferry, transport to Menorca will need to be arranged independently.
Ferry
Ferry departures, schedules and meal plans
This holiday departs from Barcelona.
During the booking process, you’ll be able to check approximate ferry schedules.
With your travel documents, sent by email, you’ll receive all confirmed details about the departure and arrival ports.
For both outbound and return journeys, we recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
Important: ferry schedules may change. This is not common, but if it happens, we’ll inform you as soon as it’s confirmed.
Please note that the crossing is overnight, so you’ll arrive at the island in the morning.
Check-in is at midday. Until then, rooms and rest areas are not available, so we recommend planning ahead.
How does the meal plan work?
If you choose a meal plan, it always starts at the accommodation.
Meals are not included on the ferry.
This is how your meal plan starts, depending on your choice:
- Bed & Breakfast: starts with breakfast on the following day
- Half Board: starts with dinner on the first day
- Full Board: starts with lunch on the first day
- All Inclusive: starts with lunch on the first day
Important Information About Mandatory Port Taxes
Please note that the ferry price does not include mandatory port taxes, which must be paid separately.
Fees applicable from Barcelona to any of the three islands:
- Passengers (adults, children and babies): €1.17 per person
- Car (tourism vehicle): €4.50 per vehicle
- Van: €9.00 per vehicle
- Motorcycle: €2.02 per vehicle

How to make your booking
- Reservation details
When completing your booking, enter the first and last names of every traveller exactly as they appear on the passport or other valid travel document (confirm with your embassy if needed). This step is essential to ensure your travel documents are issued correctly and without delays.
- What documents are required to travel?
Contact your embassy and the embassy of the destination country to confirm which travel documents are required.
Start this process early, as certain procedures may take time.
- How will you receive your travel documents?
Your final travel documents will be sent by email up to 48 hours before departure, printing them is mandatory.
At the port, present the printed documents together with the Travel Document of all passengers, without these documents boarding will not be permitted.
- This offer does not include discounts for children as the price of the apartment is per unit per night and is divided by the number of people occupying the apartment, but the apartments are ideal for families!
- Single room: 100% surcharge, i.e. the price for one person is the same as for two people. This is because this accommodation does not offer discounts for single bookings.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Apartment is 4.4 € per person and night.

The cleanliness of the room. Being that it is supposed to be a 4 key aparthotel, and they should clean like in a hotel, they told us at reception that they only clean once in the middle of the stay; we stayed 7 days and on the fifth day they only left new towels, without cleaning anything else.
The toaster did not work. They changed it on the third day and gave us another one that made the apartment light go off...on the fifth day they finally changed it for a ufesa brand one that worked properly.
If it wasn't for the cleanliness, we would rate the stay much better. I think it is a very important aspect
La limpieza de la habitación. Siendo que se supone q es un apartahotel de 4 llaves, y deberían limpiar cómo en un hotel, nos dicen en recepción q sólo limpian una vez en mitad de la estancia; estuvimos 7 días y al quinto día tan sólo dejaron toallas nuevas, sin limpiar nada más.
El tostador no funcionaba. Nos lo cambiaron el tercer día y nos dieron otro q hacia saltar la luz del apartamento...al quinto día por fin nos lo cambiaron por uno de marca ufesa y q funcionaba correctamente.
Si no fuera por la limpieza, valoraríamos mucho mejor la estancia. Creo q es un aspecto primordial

Muy contenta con la experiencia. Apartamentos con mejor presencia aun que en las fotos. Las camas y el sofa cama comodo, habitacion y salon amplio, todo muy limpio, con vistas al mar preciosas.
Lo unico a destacar negativo es que en la terraza siempre estaba lleno de avispas, y el cesped algo seco, pero todo lo demas genial. Muy recomendable.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, todo estaba bastante bien, apartamento bien, personal amable.

They don't come to clean until you leave, they don't change towels or sheets! The breakfast is expensive for what they offer and the internet does not work (neither wifi nor mobile coverage) only in some areas.
