El parque natural de Pedras Salgadas está muy bien para disfruta de un día de tranquilidad. El hotel queda muy cerca aunque no hay mucho más que ver. El hotel es más que correcto, habitaciones amplias y limpias. La comida de calidad, bien presentada. Los desayunos variados. La atención muy buena, y en español. En general muy buen hotel.
Se echó de menos una terraza más preparada en la zona de la piscina para sentarse un rato a disfrutar del buen tiempo que tuvimos. Nada importante.

Las instalaciones estaban limpias, el desayuno era bueno.
We booked a three-night full-board stay at this hotel. On the first day, as soon as we arrived, we wanted to have lunch. We were lucky because the dining hours were limited to one hour: from 1 pm to 2 pm. We only ate on that occasion because the service and the food were not up to standard: for the first course, there was only mashed potatoes, there were no other options. For the main course, there was raw fried chicken.
Also worth mentioning was the check-out: we were at the reception at 6:30 in the morning because we had to leave early and there was no one there, not even after ringing the bell. A waitress from the cafeteria approached us and went to wake up, we assume, the receptionist. But that wasn't the end of it: they couldn't find the payment for our stay on the computer. I showed them the transaction on my credit card statement and they called a contact at the agency who assured them that it had been paid, but they still weren't convinced. They asked my husband to leave his phone "just in case" and he had to do it because otherwise we couldn't leave. Terrible.
Contratamos en este hotel una estancia de tres noches con pensión completa. El primer día nada más llegar quisimos comer. Tuvimos suerte porque el horario se limita a una hora: de 13 horas a 14 horas. Comimos sólo en esa ocasión porque el servicio y la comida no llegaron a dignos: de primero sólo había puré, no había más opciones. De segundo pollo frito crudo.
Digno de comentar también fue el check-out: estábamos en la recepción a las 6.30 de la mañana ya que nos debíamos marchar temprano y allí no había nadie, ni siquiera después de llamar al timbre. Una camarera de la cafetería se acercó y fue a despertar, suponemos, al recepcionista. No quedó ahí la cosa: no encontraban el pago de nuestra estancia en el ordenador. Les enseñé el movimiento de mi tarjeta de crédito y llamaron a un contacto con la agencia que les aseguró que estaba pagado pero no terminaban de fiarse. Le pidieron a mi marido que dejara su teléfono "por si acaso" y tuvo que hacerlo porque si no no podíamos salir. Tremendo.

There is no night bar or any type of entertainment, no TV room, games... The two showers are out of order in the pool, one elevator is out of order. Difficult to communicate (they barely speak Spanish). In the rooms they do not clean (they only tidy up and make the bed). They did not attend to our request for a double bed (they said they did not receive it). It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel, mainly due to the lack of staff.
