How tickets work
How to get your tickets for the park? Very easy!
On the day of arrival, simply go to your hotel reception: they will give you your park tickets so you can start enjoying immediately ;-)
Your park ticket also works as your room key. You’ll receive an SMS when your room is ready and can then access it.
On the day of departure, you must leave your room in the morning, but you can continue enjoying the park all day long!
Online check-in available
Your confirmation voucher includes a link for online check-in before arriving at the hotel. You can do it from home or directly at the front desk upon arrival. Our advice: do it online — it saves valuable holiday time ;-)

La ducha y el bufet libre de la noche
Que la entrada al parque esté cerrada y sin saberlo al venir en tren tengamos que andar 5 km desde la estación al hotel con el equipaje en medio de la lluvia y por la carretera sin aceras disponibles ni nadie que te oriente.
El desayuno, media hora para desayunar es muy poco tiempo fuimos a las 10 h i a las 10:30 ya no reponian comida, no tienes tiempo de desayunar.

El hotel y sus instalaciones han estado súper bien.La habitación súper grande y cómoda y además con agua de cortesía que se agradece mucho.
Hacer el check in on line va genial!
La cena y el desayuno bastante bien, aunque mucha gente en la cena.
Lo peor del viaje ha sido el parque, muchas atracciones cerradas por mantenimiento, otras funcionando a medias, otras se estropeaban mientras estabas en cola y la información brillaba por su ausencia.
No ha estado a la altura ni de broma ha otras épocas del año que lo hemos visitado.
No recomiendo para nada ir en los primeros días de apertura, mejor esperar y poder disfrutar del parque en toda su esencia.
Dragón khan parado y en reparación, estampida solo funciona un tren, furias Baco fuera de servicio y la climatología era favorable…y así en un no parar de atracciones… adjunto fotografías.
