No prior arrangements needed. When you arrive at the accommodation, tell the team which meal you want to start with and they’ll take care of the rest.

Relax and unwind
Spa access: the relaxation you deserve If you book 2 nights or more, then you will have 1 spa access (60 minutes) per person included in your booking! (except if you travel between April and June, which will be closed for renovations). Here are all the details:
Opening hours:
Monday to Saturday: 13:00h - 21:00h (last hour, 20:00h - 21:00h, adults only). Sunday: 09:00h - 17:00h (last hour, 16:00h - 17:00h, exclusively for adults).
Take note! Book a time: to ensure your place, it is essential to reserve a day and time at the reception desk when you check-in. Don't leave it to the end! The maximum capacity is 16 people per hour. Access kit: you need to wear a swimsuit and hat. In addition, it is mandatory to rent the bathrobe and flip-flops kit for 5€/person.
Minors in the spa:
- Children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
- For health reasons, access is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

Tourism tax

La habitación grande cama confortable .
Lo mejor Spa y chicas del son muy amables y la del restaurante también ( la chica de gafas).
El baño necesita una reforma, para ser un 5 🌟 estrellas y cuando llegue 22h de comprar en las tiendas tuve que reclamar que no me avisan hecho la habitación.Luego se como fatal en el restaurante el primer día de primero
pure de sobre y macarrones y de segundo a elegir entre pechuga de pollo con patatas o pluma,el segundo dia calamares y puré de boniato de segundos otra vez pluma y carrillada y parecía menú de un comedor de colegio y lo triste 😥 es que pará cenar avia lo mismo lo que se salvaba era el desayuno. La verdad qué me esperaba más de un 5 estrellas 🌟

La habitación olía a tabaco, y la comida del buffet de cena no era muy variada. Por otro lado pagar 3 euros por una botella de agua de filtrada de 700 ml es un robo.

Comida de la cena lo siento pero no es ni de 5 ni de 4 estrellas y hemos ido a muchos hoteles en Andorra de 4.
No hay ningún postre casero , pocos entrantes. No nos pareció un buffet de 5 estrellas ni por la calidad ni la variedad .
No puede ser que el postre dulce sean pasteles procesados y todos los días igual.

Unos amigos (otra habitación) encontraron ropa de un cliente anterior en su habitación. Unos amigos tenían albornoces y otros no. Unos tenian la cafetera en condiciones de utilizarse y otros no.
