Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: travel free of charge, sharing bed with parents.
- Children aged 2 to 11: the 1st child stays with a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people. We'll explain it better! :-)
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.
Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room is the same as the total price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 5 * Hotel is 4.95 € per person and night.

Lo mejor sin duda es el spa y la situación del hotel.
Lo peor es el desayuno muy pobre, no es el de un hotel de 5*ni mucho menos. La habitación estaba restaurada pero la grifería de la ducha estaba oxidada, no la habían cambiado.

No corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas, el perdonal no está a la altura, las instalaciones si pero más de la mitad de ofertas grastronómicas cerradas
Nos toco llamar a recepcion a las 19 h. para que hicieran la habitación.
En el bar había que ir a pedir a la barra.
La verdad parece mentira que este horel tenga 5 estrellas.

Sitio al que hemos estado en 4ocasiones y con vuestra oferta nos salio algo mas barato. Es un gran lugar donde desconectar.
Dinner is from 20 to 22 so at 21:25 there were four small pieces of steak left and they did not make more, whoever comes later will dine on leftovers... or nothing. Limited variety in the buffet but what is there is of good quality. Not up to a 5-star standard.
La cena es de 20 a 22 pues a las 21:25 quedaban cuatro trocitos de churrasco y no hacian mas, quien venga mas tarde cenara las sobras….o nada. Poca variedad de buffet pero lo que hay es de calidad y bueno. No es acorde a un 5 estrellas.

Little variety in the buffet although what was there was very good. The grill was closed every day we were there.
Very few car park spaces for the size of the hotel, we had to wait until the next day for some guests leaving to free up some.
