No spa service on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1.

Lo único bueno que tiene es su personal
No tiene categoría para llamarse balneario ni para tener 4 estrellas, sólo el hecho de que venga a atender la recepción la camarera, no da ese servicio 4 estrellas. Promete mucho ese edificio y por dentro es mentira. En cuanto al balneario, que es un triste y pobre spa , demasiadas personas a la vez para lo poco que ofrece. Un detallazo que puedas utilizar la toalla de la habitación, la misma que después te llevas a tu habitación y te ¿secas? después de la ducha. Eso sí por sólo 7 euros te alquilan un albornoz. Habrán ganado dinero este fin de semana pero lo que es clientes, por mi parte, no seré yo quien lo recomiende

La habitación (208) madre mía!!! las paredes de papel (literal) es verdad que fuimos en una fecha un tanto especial, la pareja de la 209 hacían sus cositas y nos movían nuestra cama como si estuviese temblando se escuchaba TOODO cuando digo todo es tooodo un horror de habitación, por favor separen las camas por lo menos para que la tuya no se mueva cuando los vecinos están tan eufóricos😂😂 encima de todo las camas no son nada cómodas.

Es una oferta interesante con un precio competitivo, el personal, tanto de recepción, como de servicio de desayunos, han sido muy amables, todo perfecto en ese sentido. Limpieza habitaciones correcta.
Las habitaciones están pesimamente insonorizadas, se puede escuchar al vecino dándose una ducha, hablando en su habitación o roncando por la noche. O insonorizan mejor o distribuyen mejor a los huéspedes.
Por otra parte, tanto el servicio de Balneario como los desayunos están muy saturados. En el circuito spa no cabía mas gente al mismo tiempo, dificultando el disfrute de los diferentes espacios. Esto mismo ocurre con los desayunos, o amplían el espacio o se produce un poco de masificación para conseguir tomar un café o comer algo. Creo que podría ser una mejor experiencia si no tienes esa sensación de que no cabe un alfiler y te mueves en masa con el resto de huéspedes, eso se podría solucionar reduciendo el nº de ususarios del spa a la misma hora o ampliando el espacio para desayunos.

Recomiendo visitar la ciudad de Urduña, con tanta historia como puerto seco y alojarse en el edificio de su Aduana. El hotel se trata de la Antigua Aduana! Mis recomendaciones, Spa y noche en el hotel , no dejes de buscar el bar de pinchos de tortilla, el de gildas, date en capricho dulce en Larrea y obligatorio haz la visita guiada del museo de los oficios!
En el spa nos hubiese gustado tener, después de la hora de tratamientos, otra media hora para relajarnos en las hamacas con la infusión de cortesía.

Habitaciones grandes (nos toco una con bañera hidromasaje q funcionaba con mucha presión). Personal amable. Fácil y cerca para aparcar gratis. Pueblo y alrededores bonitos (naturaleza y pueblo "rustico"). En fin de semana, con opciones de restauración cercanas.
Buena limpieza y ambiente tranquilo. En el spa, te explican personalmente todo el circuito. Ropa de cama, almohada y sabanas excelentes. Se percibe buen ambiente entre los empleados. Buen sistema de calefaccion. Hab con pared de piedra y techo alto. Fachada muy bonita. Muy buen precio con "buscounchollo".
Falta de mantenimiento en habitaciones. Spa: De 3 piscinas (+ la de agua fría), dos con agua templada. Dos saunas y jacuzzi bien de temperatura. Escaleras de "piscina" poco accesibles para personas mayores o limitadas de movilidad (mejor escalones). Estrictos con la hora de entrada a las 15,00 (no dan opción de entrar antes). Bar-restaurante con opciones limitadas, y solo para cenas (aunq buena pinta). Mala insonorizacion en hab.
Han empapelado los pasillos y puertas, y las puertas parecen "cámaras acorazadas". Desayuno de baja calidad en embutido y café (bollería buena). Poca luz en habitación (tienes q encender una lámpara de pie (no hay luz encima de la cama) y es poco práctico.

En Orduña no hay casi oferta para la cena, más allá de pinchos y un restaurante con carta muy reducida. Creo que el Hotel debería dar cenas para los clientes.
