Excelente ubicación, justo a la salida de la estación de tren, muy cerca de parking zona azul y creo que cerca había un parking gratis de tierra.
El personal de recepción, bar y animación muy bien.
Limpieza también bien.
Habitaciones en buen estado aunque casi sin muebles.
En las comidas entraba el agua que era de máquina.
La comida, no estaba mala pero muy poca variedad.
Personal de restaurante (no todos) el jefe de sala y un chico negro nos hablaron de malas maneras sin razón.
En la habitación ni siquiera una balda para dejar algunas cosas como gafas de sol, la targeta del hotel..., solo una nevera y una mesita de noche para dos camas (y el armario porque es empotrado).
La ducha bien, grande y limpia, el wc mal, el asiento se movía un montón cada vez que te sentabas y levantabas, no había balda ni armarios pero almenos hay una estanteria de plástico.
Muy caro para lo que es.

Para disfrutar de Playa y piscina en todo momento por su ubicación, nuestra estancia ha estado bastante bien dentro de que lo cabe ya que es un hotel muy antiguo pero las habitaciónes y zonas comunes han sido renovadas actualmente en su totalidad., una cosa a remarcar muchas palomas en los patios , balcones y piscina meraris de poner remedio muchas cagadas por bastantes lugares , por lo demás no tenemos nada que más que decir al contrario y volvemos a lo mismo hemos estado bien en todos los aspectos volveríamos a repetir , precio , alojamiento, calidad e ubicación bastante buena a pesar de su antigüedad como mencioné al principio .

Me hubiera gustado poner una referencia positiva, pero la experiencia en su hotel este fin de semana ha sido con diferencia la peor que he vivido en hoteles en mi vida,. Llegamos un viernes tarde al hotel y acto seguido aparecieron 200 niños y adolescentes de equipos de futbol y el hotel fue literalmente tomado por ellos convirtiendo la estancia de los otros clientes en un calvario. Habia gente mayor Imserso y otros clentes particulares que nos fue imposible acceder a la piscina por la falta de educación de los niños y sobre todo por la falta de control de los monitores que eran peor que ellos. Corrian por los pasillos, entraban y salian de las habitaciones, portazos,gritos etc en definitiva ningún control sobre la situación realmente caotica. Tengo que aplaudir la actuación del Sr.de seguridad que actuo dentro de sus posibilidades y sufrio lo suyo hechandolos a todos del recinto de la piscina, esta buena persona cuando actuo energicamente fue desautorizado por la directora del hotel que volvio a dar carta blanca a esa tropa de energumenos que volvieron ha hacer lo que les dio la gana con el hotel, los ascensores se averiaron, haciendo subir a personas con mobilidad reducida y con discapacidad a pie por las escaleras, el personal de limpieza desesperado, la falta de respeto y educación en el comedor. En definitiva un desastre para las personas que ibamos a descansar unos dias y nos encontramos con el caos. Por todo esto el grupo Ibersol deberia pedir disculpas y abonar el importe de la estancia a los afectados.
