La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante o el del SPA. Las habitaciones eran silenciosas y las camas muy cómodas. El SPA bastante completo y funcionaba todo correctamente. También nos gustó mucho que hubiera un billar (desgastado y con los tacos deteriorados) en el que poder jugar hasta la hora que quisiéramos, incluso hasta después de la medianoche. Y gratis. Todo un detalle.
El tapizado de la mesa del billar y los tacos están pidiendo un cambio "a gritos".

Si quieres relajarte sin más pretensiones es el sitio ideal. Solo se oyen los pajaritos cuando despiertas. Hay pocas cosas alrededor, si quieres ir a comer algún pueblo cercano los lunes y martes no hay nada abierto. Menos mal que el hotel ofrece menú tanto al mediodía como a la noche. Habitación grande y camas cómodas. El Spa como son horas concertadas no hay aglomeración. Imprescindible ver el Monasterio Cisterciense Sta. María de Vallbona.
