Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias. El servicio de habitaciones era muy correcto, pasaban a diario por la habitación. El agua de la ducha salía caliente, se agradece. La habitación disponía de aire acondicionado individual. Hemos llegado en días muy calurosos y se agradece tener un aire acondicionado disponible individualmente. Los desayunos estaban incluidos y era un buffet bastante aceptable, había una variedad de platos y de bebidas. Tenía bastante aparcamiento en el exterior del hotel y también había aparcamiento gratis y cubierto en el interior del hotel. En relación calidad precio esta muy bien el hotel.
Hemos echado en falta una pequeña nevera para el agua. La tv era solo en portugués y no había forma de cambiar el idioma porque parecía estar capado el menú del tv, imagino que no anden toqueando como yo quería.

Conocía ya un hotel de esta cadena que también está muy cerquita de Oporto y están muy bien. El personal es muy agradable. El personal del comedor muy agradable y pendiente de que no falte de nada. El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones trabaja hasta más de lo debido. Nos cambiaron las sábanas sin haber dejado la tarjeta solicitándolo y tan sólo había una pequeño resto de máscara de pestañas (que no debí limpiarme bien) en una de las almohadas. Todo muy limpio y muy ordenado y en todo el hotel. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.

El tema de la distancia que ya se conoce con anterioridad, no es mucho problema, pero sí está un pelín distanciado de Oporto. En nuestro caso, íbamos por una autovía y el importe de cada trayecto era insignificante, en concreto 0.35€.
Eso sí, ningún problema para aparcar.
Se puede prescindir de la visita a la Bodega, ya que no aporta gran cosa.
