Staff were quite dry, they charged us for breakfast - we had to show the voucher that it was included and they refunded us. The room was VERY NOISY: people outside the window having a party at 3:45 am, noises in the corridors, cars driving all night... breakfast was very poor (all cold). Just for one night as a last resort. I wouldn't repeat.

MUY RUIDOSA la habitación: gente en la ventana haciendo botellón a las 3:45h, golpes en los pasillos, coches circulando toda la noche… desayuno muy muy flojito (todo frío). Para 1 noche solamente como apuro. No repetiría.

Our experience at this hotel has been very disappointing. The room was extremely small. At check-in, we waited between 30 and 40 minutes. In addition, the receptionist informed us that our booking was for another date and therefore could not give us a room unless we paid for it again. I refused to do so, as the written confirmation clearly stated the correct date. After insisting and showing the documentation, they finally agreed to give us the room, but the situation was very uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would not stay at this hotel again.

En el momento del check-in estuvimos esperando entre 30 y 40 minutos. Me negué a hacerlo, ya que en la confirmación escrita constaba claramente la fecha correcta.
