La atención de Vanesa, excepcional.
The hotel, needs renovation everywhere, they gave me the disabled room; without being handicapped, broken heating, at least the receptionist at night changed us to another room. The spa was full of children, making it impossible to relax in a nursery.

The location could be improved due to the need for a car, but it was something we assumed when we made the booking.

Yes, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
The sheets are changed after three days, it said so on a card in the bathroom, but if you wanted to put the card on the bed before. I put the card on the card after three days and not even for that. They don't change the sheets during the whole stay.
VERY BAD
