About the water area of the Best Andorra Center
Relax and recharge your energy in the water area of the Best Andorra Center with indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna and a perfect solarium terrace.
Enjoy a relaxing time in the indoor pool and extend the relaxation in the sauna, open in the afternoon.
- The schedule is as follows: from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- The sauna is open from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Caldea: relaxation in the heart of Andorra
Discover Caldea, an impressive spa centre surrounded by nature in Escaldes-Engordany. This spectacular thermoludic complex harnesses the region’s natural thermal waters to create the perfect environment to relax both body and mind.
Swim between indoor and outdoor lagoons, unwind in jacuzzis and saunas, or boost your circulation with the refreshing Icelandic bathing circuits. The centre also offers a wide range of wellness treatments, which can be booked directly on site.
Information about access to Caldea Classic
- Your Caldea Classic access will take place the day after your hotel check-in. For example, if your stay begins on Friday, your spa visit will be scheduled for Saturday.
- Entry time is at 14:30.
- You will enjoy 2 hours of access to the thermal facilities.
- If you arrive after the scheduled time, access to the session will unfortunately not be possible, so please make sure to arrive on time.
- To enter the spa, simply present the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception desk.
- Please note that changes to the reservation are not possible.
Conditions for children
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the centre.
- Children under 5 years old cannot access Caldea Classic, but they can enjoy the children’s spa, which is already included in your package.
- Children aged 5 to 11 must present a document confirming their age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children).
- Children’s access is already included in your package.
General conditions
- Anyone under 1.30 m in height must wear arm floats.
- For hygiene reasons, people with open wounds, bandages or plaster casts cannot access the facilities.
- It is essential to arrive on time and respect the assigned entry time.
- If the centre reaches maximum capacity on a given day, your entrance may be rescheduled to another day during your stay. This situation is rare, but if it happens, you will be informed as soon as possible.

- The Caldea Spa Centre is closed on 25 December.
- From 7 April to 2 July (inclusive), the centre will be closed for maintenance.

Children from 0 to 11 years old
- Room Only: they travel FREE.
- Bed and Breakfast: they travel with a surcharge of 6€ per child per night.
- Half Board: they travel with a surcharge of 14€ per child per night.
- Full Board: they travel with a surcharge of 22€ for each child per night.
Children 12 years old and under
- They travel with an approximate 50% discount at the hotel, and pay for the Caldea activity.
Discounts do not apply for children from 13 years old included.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate. The base room rate for children's discount is the exterior double room.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.

El personal del hotel muy amable. El bufet variado y comida con buen sabor. El hotel muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a todos lados, aunque tiene parking nosotros aparcamos al lado del hotel en el parking centro histórico cogiendo, ya que en Andorra los parking son todos de pago.
Pistas de esquí a 20 minutos en coche y sino hay transporte publico cerca del hotel.
