Limpieza, buffet, el hotel en general y la cercanía al parque que se puede ir andando si quieres. Habitaciones grandes y buena terraza.
La habitación que nos tocó daba a la entrada del hotel y por la noche había demasiado jaleo para ir con un bebe y un crío pequeño ya que la gente se ponía en la entrada del hotel a fumar a chillar y nadie del hotel les llamaba la atención. Por lo menos ya que hay habitaciones que dan ahí tener a alguien de seguridad que controle este tipo de jaleos a ciertas horas de la noche.

Hotel masificado de guiris. Buena ubicación (a 20 min de PortAventura andando), aparcamiento fácil (temporada baja Octubre). Comida no está mala, pero muy repetitiva. Tiene 3 piscinas, pero el horario es insuficiente, dado que cierran a las 18 y al salir de PortAventura tienes ganas de bañarte. La piscina del ático se necesita tarjeta, cosa que sino preguntas no te lo dicen, pero tiene dos jacuzzi y una piscina que apenas cubre. La habitación no está mal, salvo que, el aire solo salía frío y por noche lo hacía, nos tocó pedir manta dado que no había y la luz de la terraza no se puede apagar. Para el checkIn nos tocó esperar más de la cuenta. En el restaurante te asignan sitio en vez de tu poder elegirlo. Disponen de un buen equipo de empleados en el comedor. Pero estando en la mesa comiendo se pasan recogen cosas de la mesa sin pedir permiso. En toda nuestra estancia solo un camarero nos preguntó si se podía llevar los platos. En los baños falta escobilla de WC.
Es la primera vez que voy a Portaventura Worl en época halloween. Los días que elegimos fueron entre diario por el tema de que estuviera más vacío que el finde semana. Si que hubo gente las atracciones rondaban entre los 50 min y 30. Menos la de Uncharted que al ser la novedad era 1h y 30 min de espera. Los show hay muy pocos, eran casi todos los viernes y findes. Y los pasajes de pago.
Los dos días que vimos a pocos personajes por la zona del oeste, por casualidad. No avisan de cuando van a salir. Es al azar. Que al estar en esas fechas podían estar más personas y avisar con franjas horarias de cuando salen.
Las zonas para minusválidos no está bien señalizada. Me parece poco serio por parte de PortAventura que no se regule el uso de carricoches para personas de movilidad reducida, dado que hemos visto que muchos de ellos, eran usados por personas que se les veía moverse sin problemas, creo que se debería exigir un certificado de minusválidos para poder tener acceso al mismo, dado que de esa forma quizá se esté privando a gente que realmente lo necesite. Los precios de la comida son abusivos y se debería permitir el acceso de comida o bajar los precios, dado que teniendo en cuenta el precio de la entrada, los diferentes suplementos (fotos,vídeos, merchandaising, etc) el parque tiene el suficiente beneficio para poder permitirse esa bajada.
Los horarios del parque creo que se debería abrir más tiempo tanto el PortAventura como el Ferrari World. La iluminación en el Ferrari World era muy deficiente, que mínimo que el escudo de Ferrari de Red Forcé tuviese iluminación o que la entrada tuviese luz, ni una triste farola.

El personal del hotel es sobresaliente, gran calidad humana
El parque es una continuación de maltrato al cliente y atraco continuo hacia los visitantes, venden entradas sin topar aforo y generan una experiencia nefasta, colas de mas de 2/3 horas en casi todo, haciendo de la visita mas que un disfrute de atracciones una prueba de paciencia y cabreo constante.
He ido muchas veces pero ya no volveré mas, da verdadero miedo y no solo en Halloween sino por sus colas insufribles. A demas te venden la solución al problema por ellos generado, pase express capado y a precio de oro. No me volveréis a ver por ahí, CIAO PORT AVENTURA, ojalá os deje de visitar la gente pues os lo estáis ganando a pulso.
Me siento estafado por el parque.

Lo mejor el hotel,hemos estado varias veces y es un gusto alojarse allí...el apartamento grande y cómodo,la comida buena y bien servicio en general...
Lo que nos decepciono al punto de tenernos que marchar a mediodía fue la att.al cliente y las colas que hay ya antes de entrar en los accesos de seguridad...no estaba bien indicado y para todo tenias que hacer cola..
Fuimos en familia con un niño con discapacidad psíquica y tú impa que hacer más de dos horas de cola para que nos atendieran para solicitar la pulsera de acceso prioritario,y después de que se nos colaran varias personas sin que nadie les dijera nada...cuando por fin nos atienden nos dicen que la discapacidad de mi hijo no está en su listado y no nos dan las pulseras..(cosa que no veo lógica...),estando allí intentando reclamar el tiempo perdido a mi hijo le dio una crisis de ansiedad y ni se inmutaron...
Puse dos reclamaciones y me quedé corta.
Nos tuvimos que ir porque mi hijo entró en crisis,y no pudimos disfrutar del parque...

El hotel está muy bien,las habitaciones amplias con camas grandes,todas con balcón,en nuestro caso incluso nos dieron una Suite para los papas , excelente habitación.
Las piscinas limpias,muchas zona de hamacas,y la zona con piscina y jacuzzi de la Azotea genial.
El comedor muy amplio,sin turnos.
La comida con bastante variedad y buena.
La cercanía a Portaventura y el bus desde el hotel.

Proximidad al parque de Port Aventura y el bus lanzadera cada 1/2 h que salía de la puerta del hotel.
Piscinas y jacuzzis en la azotea del hotel con vistas al parque y a Salou.
El desayuno tipo buffet era aceptable comparándolo con la comida.
El dia de la salida nos dejaron aprovechar la piscina, nos ofrecieron toallas de cortesía para las tumbonas, y tienen habilitado consigna de maletas bajo pago de 6,50€.
Nos pudimos duchar para la salida en un vestuario ubicado al lado de la consigna de maletas, sin coste y con toallas de ducha, sin problemas.

Para ser un 4 estrellas.La comida de mala calidad. Muchos fritos y pizzas. Quizás es un hotel enfocado al turista Inglés que si consume ese tipo de comidas a diario y en abundancia, como pudimos comprobar el 90% eran turistas ingleses. Al medio día no había servicio de plancha,tampoco comida caliente ni carne ni pescado. Era un buffet semi frío. Al llegar del parque por la tarde sobre las 19:30h en la cafetería no preparaban bocadillos ni fríos ni calientes y el bar de la piscina cerró a las 19:00h. Con lo que tuve que salir fuera del hotel y buscar un bar que hicieran bocadillos.

El complejo en si es muy bueno, las comidas del comedor también y la cercanía a PortAventura bien.

Para que un hotel sea excelente, tiene que haber detalles con los clientes...... no tenia Amenities en la habitación, el frigorífico cerrado con llave (adorno o de pago), me hizo falta planchar un pantalón y me cobraron 3 euros por 15 minutos, la habitación algo pequeña, servicio de habitaciones pésimo, se limitaron hacer solo la cama, dejamos por descuido 2 cojines de la cama en el suelo, y al llegar las camas hechas pero los cojines seguían en el suelo, tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedir toallas para la ducha, pues se llevaron las sucias del suelo, pero no pusieron las limpias. Todo un despropósito para ser un buen Hotel.

Nos atendió Marina y su atención fue excelente. Pudimos entrar en la habitación antes de la hora prevista.
