- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:

- It is not possible to change this order.

Nos ha encantado el hotel en todo, si hubiera hecho mejor hubiéramos disfrutado de las preciosas piscinas, aunq no tuvimos mucho tiempo xq lo pasamos en Port Aventura.
Estaba muy organizado con el bus en la puerta cada 20 minutos o menos.
Estábamos en un apartamento y super bien.
Para aparcar parece difícil pero al final encuentras sitio, sobre todo al cambio de turno de los trabajadores del hotel a las 15 h.
Los trabajadores todos muy amables.
La comida de buffet muy bien aunq se podría mejorar un poquito, pero con el precio se compensa todo mucho.

La habitación que nos tocó daba a la entrada del hotel y por la noche había demasiado jaleo para ir con un bebe y un crío pequeño ya que la gente se ponía en la entrada del hotel a fumar a chillar y nadie del hotel les llamaba la atención. Hotel masificado de guiris. Buena ubicación (a 20 min de PortAventura andando), aparcamiento fácil (temporada baja Octubre). Comida no está mala, pero muy repetitiva. Tiene 3 piscinas, pero el horario es insuficiente, dado que cierran a las 18 y al salir de PortAventura tienes ganas de bañarte. La piscina del ático se necesita tarjeta, cosa que sino preguntas no te lo dicen, pero tiene dos jacuzzi y una piscina que apenas cubre. La habitación no está mal, salvo que, el aire solo salía frío y por noche lo hacía, nos tocó pedir manta dado que no había y la luz de la terraza no se puede apagar. Para el checkIn nos tocó esperar más de la cuenta. En el restaurante te asignan sitio en vez de tu poder elegirlo. Disponen de un buen equipo de empleados en el comedor. Pero estando en la mesa comiendo se pasan recogen cosas de la mesa sin pedir permiso. En toda nuestra estancia solo un camarero nos preguntó si se podía llevar los platos. En los baños falta escobilla de WC.
Es la primera vez que voy a Portaventura Worl en época halloween. Los días que elegimos fueron entre diario por el tema de que estuviera más vacío que el finde semana. Si que hubo gente las atracciones rondaban entre los 50 min y 30. Menos la de Uncharted que al ser la novedad era 1h y 30 min de espera. Los show hay muy pocos, eran casi todos los viernes y findes. Y los pasajes de pago.
Los dos días que vimos a pocos personajes por la zona del oeste, por casualidad. No avisan de cuando van a salir. Es al azar. Que al estar en esas fechas podían estar más personas y avisar con franjas horarias de cuando salen.
Las zonas para minusválidos no está bien señalizada. Me parece poco serio por parte de PortAventura que no se regule el uso de carricoches para personas de movilidad reducida, dado que hemos visto que muchos de ellos, eran usados por personas que se les veía moverse sin problemas, creo que se debería exigir un certificado de minusválidos para poder tener acceso al mismo, dado que de esa forma quizá se esté privando a gente que realmente lo necesite. Los precios de la comida son abusivos y se debería permitir el acceso de comida o bajar los precios, dado que teniendo en cuenta el precio de la entrada, los diferentes suplementos (fotos,vídeos, merchandaising, etc) el parque tiene el suficiente beneficio para poder permitirse esa bajada.
Los horarios del parque creo que se debería abrir más tiempo tanto el PortAventura como el Ferrari World. La iluminación en el Ferrari World era muy deficiente, que mínimo que el escudo de Ferrari de Red Forcé tuviese iluminación o que la entrada tuviese luz, ni una triste farola.

El parque es una continuación de maltrato al cliente y atraco continuo hacia los visitantes, venden entradas sin topar aforo y generan una experiencia nefasta, colas de mas de 2/3 horas en casi todo, haciendo de la visita mas que un disfrute de atracciones una prueba de paciencia y cabreo constante.
He ido muchas veces pero ya no volveré mas, da verdadero miedo y no solo en Halloween sino por sus colas insufribles. A demas te venden la solución al problema por ellos generado, pase express capado y a precio de oro. No me volveréis a ver por ahí, CIAO PORT AVENTURA, ojalá os deje de visitar la gente pues os lo estáis ganando a pulso.
