El spa para entrar en la tarifa está bastante bien, las camas son cómodas y la ubicación es muy buena.
No te avisan que la media pensión o pensión completa comida y cena es un menú cerrado y no un bufet, aún que hay que decir que estaba bastante bueno. La calefacción en nuestra habitación no funcionaba y nos dieron un radiador portátil.

Los servicios: la cena a la carta estaba muy bien elaborada y el servicio de mesa del personal del restaurante fue impecable. Está muy cerca de Andorra la Vella y de muchas rutas para hacer por la naturaleza.
Los baños de las habitaciones necesitarían una puesta a punto, sobretodo la grifería de la ducha, que no tenía presión y la temperatura iba cambiando de temperatura de pronto.
Y el acceso al spa, para familias con niños sería ideal si tuvieran alguna franja horaria para acceder con menores de 16 años y así no limitar la experiencia a solo adultos.
